Just walked in to step away from the techno places and the Park was too busy. I’m in love. Really great chill music-light hip hop. Bar drinks are good. Sitting on the couch sipping with my date is the perfect venue!
I went here immediately following the Women's March on Washington, and I cannot say enough nice things about them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The atmosphere and drinks were fabulous, and I would have really liked this bar any time. What made it exceptional was how kind they were to the marchers. They had complimentary, unlimited snacks, happy hour specials, free WiFi, charging stations available, and they were so supportive of our cause. People like them make me feel optimistic about the future. A million times, thank you.
Great scenery and lighting, music from the early 90s late 80s spinning. Bartenders don't pre-cut fruit for drinks, they slice what they need. Fun place for the older crowd (30+).
Make sure you head to the "downstairs" portion, located outside and down the stairs through the reflective window, to the speakeasy styled bar. Ask for the"smoking bourbon" drink.
Lost a star because we could tell the bar service upstairs needed some work. One of the bartenders was new and caused a long backup on drinks. Order multiples if you're in for a thirsty night.
I'm here once a month to do community service with an organization. The drinks are great. It takes forever to get food. But this establishment isn't open regularly so the commercial appliances are not in use. Great space though.
