My wife and I have had In & Out burger from the west coast, which we previously thought was the best cost effective burger we have had. Five Guys Burger and Fries was another contender... but this is before having Shake Shack. This is the most delicious burger we have ever had - regardless of the price. We are moving to Miami and will greatly miss this burger institution. This is a must have stop if you are ever in NYC.
A great place to eat a burger, great fries with bacon and cheese, but the shake is awesome. You can eat other burgers in NYC, but a Shake like this is difficult. I suggest the Raspberry Cheesecake Shake.
First time here and didn't really know what and how to order lol but the cashier helped us out she was amazing , little bummed that i didn't catch her name 😩 but she was So friendly and super helpful but that's just the beginning! The food was great didn't need to add any extra condiments, how ever the cashier showed us where everything was in case we needed it. Oh and try the lemonades they're so good 🤤 The place was really clean, the bathrooms were clean as well and didn't need a code to open up yay 🙌🏼 you can tell the employees enjoy working there because the way they treat the customers. Very happy with our visit, kids approved and we definitely recommend it and if we are ever in town again we will stop by!
Burgers are great! I love how they are cooked, and they are one of the best tasting burgers out there. The staff is very polite and friendly.
Came here for their milkshakes, which didn't disappoint. Had the malt and strawberry milkshakes, which I would recommend trying
This was my first time at the Dupon Circle location and I went for the White Truffle Menu Fine Dining Experience. The food was Hella yummy (the shroom burger is the best!) And the service was extra awesome! There was a "fine dining" white linen tablecloth Experience to roll out the white truffle menu. It was fantastic and I'm extremely glad that I went! Go there. The food is yummy and the people are great

Despite the hell of Friday night halloweekend, they put out fast as it came in. Keeping the place clean and calm. PLUS i screwed up and left for 10 minutes to grab a friend and missed my order. Not only did they not give me hate for it, they REMADE the order and added a FREE fry just so it was fresh. So nice!!
Shack burgers very good, spicy fries indeed are SPICY! So get extra ranch. 5 stars if burger size a little larger but very delicious.
SHAKE SHACK! Great food in Washington DC. Soooo happy they had a chicken burger. I'm trying to stay away from red meat as much as can. The kids had burgers and shakes as usual. They did mess up mine and my wife's order or I would have gave the five stars. Hard to find a parking spot so bring someone with you so they can wait in the car if you are getting it to go.
The shroom burger is amazing!!! The cheese oozed out on my first bite and there was plenty throughout the whole burger. The bacon burgers were great too, and the caffeinated mango lemonade. The service was warm and helpful.
Not your typical fast food resturant. It's definitely a step above that. Food was good and fresh to order. Kinda expensive but that seems to be how things are nowadays.
