First time here and didn't really know what and how to order lol but the cashier helped us out she was amazing , little bummed that i didn't catch her name đ© but she was So friendly and super helpful but that's just the beginning! The food was great didn't need to add any extra condiments, how ever the cashier showed us where everything was in case we needed it. Oh and try the lemonades they're so good đ€€ The place was really clean, the bathrooms were clean as well and didn't need a code to open up yay đđŒ you can tell the employees enjoy working there because the way they treat the customers. Very happy with our visit, kids approved and we definitely recommend it and if we are ever in town again we will stop by!

This was my first time at the Dupon Circle location and I went for the White Truffle Menu Fine Dining Experience. The food was Hella yummy (the shroom burger is the best!) And the service was extra awesome! There was a "fine dining" white linen tablecloth Experience to roll out the white truffle menu. It was fantastic and I'm extremely glad that I went! Go there. The food is yummy and the people are great

Despite the hell of Friday night halloweekend, they put out fast as it came in. Keeping the place clean and calm. PLUS i screwed up and left for 10 minutes to grab a friend and missed my order. Not only did they not give me hate for it, they REMADE the order and added a FREE fry just so it was fresh. So nice!!

SHAKE SHACK! Great food in Washington DC. Soooo happy they had a chicken burger. I'm trying to stay away from red meat as much as can. The kids had burgers and shakes as usual. They did mess up mine and my wife's order or I would have gave the five stars. Hard to find a parking spot so bring someone with you so they can wait in the car if you are getting it to go.

The shroom burger is amazing!!! The cheese oozed out on my first bite and there was plenty throughout the whole burger. The bacon burgers were great too, and the caffeinated mango lemonade. The service was warm and helpful.

Relatively less crowd as compared to other venues in NYC. Less waiting time for order placement during this hour. Consider it lesssssss busy.
Racquel was very friendly and nice . Greeted us with a smile . We didnât have to repeat our orders (she was a pro) and the entire transaction took us less than 30 seconds.
The food: it is really really good. If you havenât tried the sasame Shake - try it (quite filling).
They have huge space on the back. I see most of the kids on the second floor. AC is just right .

My wife told me that female side is very clean.
Men: they had ran out of hand towels . The inner aspect of door had multiple stains. The basin is clean . The tap isnât automatic. They have air dryer to dry hands.
Time spent: 35 minutes .
Biggest problem: we had to park 600 m away to get here.

My wife and I have had In & Out burger from the west coast, which we previously thought was the best cost effective burger we have had. Five Guys Burger and Fries was another contender... but this is before having Shake Shack. This is the most delicious burger we have ever had - regardless of the price. We are moving to Miami and will greatly miss this burger institution. This is a must have stop if you are ever in NYC.

A great place to eat a burger, great fries with bacon and cheese, but the shake is awesome. You can eat other burgers in NYC, but a Shake like this is difficult. I suggest the Raspberry Cheesecake Shake.

I usually love Shake Shack, but my visit yesterday was not up to their usual standards. It was still OK, which is why I gave it a 4. My companions burger was pretty well done, and my burger maybe has some ground bone, or something else hard, in it. Fries were as usual, excellent. Hoping my next visit will be a better experience..also didnât like everyone standing around waiting for their orders in front of the pickup window, that was annoying.

Waited half an hour for 2 root beer floats ordered from the C-Line because the girl at the pick up counter did not bother to check if my order was ready. She only look at what was placed in front of her whereas my drinks were ready and placed on top of a shelf. She just stood there like an idiot with a blank face. So after repeatedly asking her to check, she finally turned her head to look at the shelf behind her and found my drinks. Bloody waste of time, stop hiring people who are not interested in what they are doing because they are cheap!!! Terrible service and attitude! It was so much better 2 years ago when I visited New York and this was your original location! Disappointing.

Quand vous avez payĂ© votre plateau dĂ©brouillez vous pour le manger câest plus leurs problĂšme , il continue Ă en envoyer dâautre .

I give it 3 stars because Shake Shack reminded me a lot of McDonald's. Don't get me wrong, the food is MUCH better than McDonald's, but the place was a mess. The bathrooms smelled so bad and there was nobody cleaning the area for maintenance. I think they only need one or two people working on the higiene of it so that would be more enjoyable for guests to sit and enjoy and meal. I am a fan of Mr. Meyer, but I hope he doesn't fall into a chain quality services.

Thereâs been a consistent line 50 deep everyday since it opened. Thereâs a reason for that. In a city with tons of Resturants, if you suck, you donât last and you donât expand. Yeah there is a line, yes they make mistakes, yes they get orderâs wrong. If you had a Resturants that did that mass of volume you would have things occasionally go wrong, but when itâs right (which is the majority of the time), itâs great!

Exponentially over rated. Outside of waiting in the line to order. We were given a buzzer for when our order was ready. Went up and waiting 20 minutes to actually get the order. And we were not the only ones. People were complaining left and right. What did the workers say,itâs cominb when it comes!! Really!?!?!
Got back to our table and the burger was RAW. literally uncooked in the center. I like medium rare but this was wayyyyyyy beyond that. It was literally raw. Took it back for another. IT CAME BACK RAW AS WELL!!!!!! Seriously. Iâm hoping the food inspectors hit this spot soon. Not to mention tha attitude adjusters. The staff was beyond annoyed that we expected our food when the buzzer rang and that god forbid, itâs actually cooked when we get it. Ha.
Stay away. Stay farrrr away unless you want to play roulette with your stomachs. Ha. Luckily thereâs a pay toilet right next to the place. Coincidence? I think not ;)
