Unfortunately, Loco Moco #4 has closed and left the Waipahu Town Center. I confirmed with management. I'm not sure if they are re-opening in another location. There wasn't any signage on the windows, just reconstruction going on. Perhaps another victim of Covid-19, will really miss their cold ginger chicken.

They make the best Seafood special of fried garlic shrimp and Mahimahi with red pepper chilli flakes, garlic, green onion, and mushrooms. All sautéed in a butter garlic sauce!!!
