I was charged for an extra egg roll order and I did not receive it. I went back the next day and informed the manager about it. I did not have my receipt but I did have my rewards app that breaks down the items by cost and they gave me my order. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. Went through the drive-thru, and the service was great, very friendly. The prices were ok for fast food and the way the economy is now. Much better than Wendy's.

Staff was amazingly patient with my group as this was our first time at a jack in the box. Food came out quick and accurate, tastes great. Next time I'm back in the area we'll make sure to stop back in.

I stopped by this Jack in the Box because I lived here 20 years ago and my kids & I would stop here.
I food was good but I was disappointed in the service. It was very very slow. There were two people ahead of me and I waited almost 15 minutes to give my order. My food came fast though.

We go to this location regularly and am surprised at all the poor reviews! Always been courteous and not rude at all. It has on rare occasion been a little slow getting thru drive thru but otherwise good service. I do have to say I was shocked to go last night and find the location closed with no note on door or anything. I called the closest location to check what happening. No explanation but I saw at least a dozen cars come up to order and drive thru coned off and doors locked. We sat there for a while waiting to meet someone and several workers arrived and opened up. Wow! Hope all is well!

When I am in Kunia this is my spot for Jack in the Box meals. I have eaten inside a couple of times however I normally use the drive through which has always been, fast and efficient with orders filled correctly. When I have eaten inside there has always been plenty of spaces available. Inside of the restaurant has always been spotlessly clean with very friendly efficient staff.,

Everything was hot, perfectly cooked not over cooked or undercooked like some of the other Jack n the box. Fries were crunchy and interior was soft n fluffy potato. Good overall. Never had a bad experience with the food so far.

After going to the bank my mom and I swung by this fine establishment for some refreshments. I really love the shakes. The burgers are good however I just cannot get over how good the shakes are for what you pay.
