Wow, what a diamond in the rough. This place is so cool. It has old world charm with the country store theme and killer, home style brisket. I had two breakfast tacos - chopped beef and pulled brisket and both were very good. The atmosphere is laid back and the service is fast and friendly. You need to get here!

We got a tip to try this place out while in South Padre. We visited and ordered brisket, ribs, and chicken. The meat had a great smoke and the sauce was good. I preferred the spicy to the normal. I tried their beans bit did not care for them. I encourage you to form your own opinions on the beans. I also tried the banana pudding. It was awesome. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was good. We spent $44 so it was a little pricey, but it was good. I would stop by again in the future. You can also gas your vehicle up here after dinner.

This location is always busy no matter the inside or drive through. The service is still good and moves along pretty efficiently. They run out of banana pudding so if you get some, consider yourself lucky. The food and condiment bar is always good and pretty well kept and stocked. There is a outside patio in the back, that we didn't realize was there until this visit and we enjoyed our meal there. It's kept fairly clean but needs to be checked on from time to time, please.
