Ordered a meal with triple cheese fries, they put tiny tacos instead. I called asked for a refund for just the fries, considering I just drove 25mins home. They refused and told me I will have to come up there and she them the box and my recipe. Even after admitting that they know they made the mistake.

Very very slow. Rude service. Gentleman working the drive thru was extremely rude. And not sure why the same item has two different prices……will not be returning. Shouldn’t they two tacos be the same price? My very simple order was wrong. Road tripping and with my bad luck this was were I stopped for :/

Surprisingly good. Last Jack-in-the-box I had was in the 70s or early 80s when they were run out of Oklahoma because multiple locations passed on food poisoning to customers. Place was good. Bathroom was good. Service was very good. Food was good. Fries were great. I guess when I go back to Oklahoma, I'll have a new fast food restaurant option.

This store is so very dirty. The trash can was overflowing and something real gross all over it. The bathrooms were filth and so gross. And the manager acted like we were bothering her. She was rude and gave ugly looks when I asked a question about the salad. Service and cleanliness gave this a two star. The food was good.

I give them 1 star because. How do you mess up a simple order as simple as I want a #7 medium with curly fries and a fanta no ice.. literally.. came to this store 3 different times in 5 months an still got the same results.. if anyone is looking for a good jack in the box the one in bellmead (exit 339 off i-35) gets my order right every time..

Service is very slow, drive-thru service is inneficient, you can barely listening the person at the other side, i told them two times with not successful; and it took almost 20 minutes to reach the order point when there was only 2 cars at front. at the end, they didn’t have what i was looking, teriyaki and fajita pita.
After I left my review I read all the past reviews, it surprised me that the same kind of service that I had today has been happening for months. Same kind of attitude and problems, and the “owner” is being fast to response, but only in the reviews, the problems are still there.

Absolutely horrible. Always the rudest people working there. They do not care at all. My order is wrong most of the time but they are the closest to our home. There is one guy who cusses as people order bc he gets so annoyed if they take longer than he wants to deal with and after everything you say he says "what else" in the rudest tone. Makes me not want to come to any Jack In The Box again but my husband loves it. The last time I went it literally took them 45 mins to get my order out to my car.

Stopped on way passing thru and was not to happy workers where in side talking loud and cussing. Just showed poor environment for a family type fast food. I ordered loaded mini tacos so cost a lil more and when I drove off and finally opened then only 4 of like 15 tacos had any cheese and then only had like 5 small straps of lettuce. So for me was worse one I've been to sadly
