This store location seems to often be under stocked on their fountain drink materials leaving you with only a couple size choices each visit instead of the entire array. I was a huge fan of this location up until a few months ago when I started being checked out by a woman named Rebecca. I'll just say that she leaves a firm impression that she hates her job. Very unfriendly, does not thank you for your business, won't even look you in the eye and leaves you feeling like you probably should have given your business to another store. If Rebecca finds her job so unpleasant perhaps she should be given the opportunity to find a new one! How is this going unnoticed for such a long period of time? This woman is more than likely running your customers off one at a time.

Tried to get coffee at 3:30 am, easter weekend. There 3 thermal pots that looked like they were ready for business. One was cold, the other was empty, i didn't try the third. I check the ones under the brewers , nothing. So i ask if they have any coffee brewed. They ignore me. There are only 3 people in the store. Myself and the two people who work there. Although we're separated by a few isles, i can clearly see their faces, i just can't get them to take a break in their conversation long enough to acknowledge that the only customer in the store who'd been going from

I am a regular customer at this location and i myself I'm very upset that there store manager let a very very rude outrage, out of line customer talk very rudely to one of her employee's. I feel so sorry for that poor girl and hope that she is ok. For a store manager to do nothing to help the situation or ask the customer to calm down or to leave if he cannot respect her employee and watch his faul mouth should NOT be running anyone's business. For that reason i will NOT be coming back to that location. No one deserves to be treated in such manner. That store manager should be fired. Now i see why i see so many new faces , no one wants to work with that kind of manager, she doesn't value her employee's or respects them obviously

The two workers were cursing the whole time i was in the store. They were talking about how another employee sucked at his job and even made the whole line wait so she could finish. On top of all of this, I said Thank you and have a great night. She then proceeds to say something under her breath.
I'm not a happy customer and I will never go there again.

Who closes their restrooms for cleaning at 8PM during Spring Break (when tons of people are traveling) and then watches a Mom wake up her baby to come inside and struggle to get the heavy car seat through the isles to the closed restroom and back without saying anything? I’ll give you two stars cause the gas is cheap, but now I have to stop somewhere else and get the baby out again.

U know tht singh tht says $1.50 off any 2pck of Marlboro cigarettes it's false advertising they only take off .70 cents n whn i confronted thm about it. they got angry tht they got caught stealing. n ask me 2 leave or they will call d cops. d cops show n tell 2 bad tht ure money got stolen but were not going 2 do anything about it.well it happen again its 1-9-2018 n d same old lady who called d cops on me was there picking her nose i show her my coupon wich i always use there n she calls d cops on me again wht d hell

we are very happy with this 7/11 because we got in a collision and they didn't tow us. And the customer service was great! I don't know why people don't like that place.

Do not go here for the men's room. Had to take the tank off the toilet and manually flush it just to empty the full bowl. No windshield fluid in the windshield cleaning stations. Friendly staff.
