There's no better deal than their .89 cent ice cream cones! Their 3.50 bundle with your choice of a double cheeseburger or 6 chicken nuggets and fries is such a deal as well! They are open til 3am daily too! On the down side if you're stopping by late nights when only the drive thru is open be prepared for a 20 min or even longer wait. Although working with a skeleton crew everyone is pleasant under the duress. Sad thing is after waiting in a long line for a bit of while for that ice cream cone only to find out the machine is down for a cleaning or there are no more cones for the ice cream.

This is by far my family's favorite golden arches in the area. The fries are always hot and fresh so we take the time to come here whenever we have the cravings for some good ole McDonald's. Our only major complaint is that the app allows us to order at this location but not to pay with the app. Typically I'll order and send my wife over so having the ability to pay on the app is a bonus.

We stopped here yesterday and came inside to eat with our three toddlers which is something we rarely do all together as a family but the air conditioning in our car stopped working unexpectedly shortly before getting there so the only option was to eat in the lobby obviously. The manager Dwayne immediately offered to help me at the register and take my order before I even made it to the kiosk which was very nice I've never had that happen ever when I go into a McDonald's by myself to order. Kids and their dad were all sitting at a table though so I thought that was extremely helpful. Then he was very polite he had no problem at all and even offered to split one of the McFlurries up into three cups small cups to give the kids when I asked to get three of their smallest cups which I had planned to split it up myself after ordering. Again just kindly offering to go above and beyond. I couldn't believe it. This was hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had at any McDonald's. I was very impressed. The food was also very good and we got it very quickly he brought it to us at the table as well. With the heat and everything I almost forgot to leave a review as I intended getting his name before leaving yesterday so I'm so glad I remembered today. Whenever I have a very good experience somewhere it's really important to me to leave a review to help others have good experiences as well because sadly I often have a lot more poor experiences with customer service then good ones nowadays regardless of wherever I'm going. But also like to leave reviews for really bad experiences because we're all helping each other out by doing it so if you were going to go to McDonald's honestly in Virginia Beach or close to there even if you have to drive a little further I would recommend going here especially if he's on duty. Great service!! Always nice and great smiles from everyone! Buns on these burgers were also very fresh! Excellent location all around and reccomend to everyone.
