Great food here. A little bit slow but probably just because their under staffed.
Service is usually pretty quick. Food is ok. They’ve gotten better with accuracy. Haven’t had an issue for a while
Went inside with my 2 sisters and was impressed with how the manager Justin oversaw our special orders that we brought 4 more of our friends a couple days later. When it's about customer service, Justin gets it. You will be happy to eat there.
I got what I ordered. The cashier was a little short, not rude, it seemed like I was bothering her. It was just a small, quick transaction and I was very friendly to her. Guess she had something more important to do.
I thought for fast food they’ve really upped their game amongst other fast food places, fries were hot and crunchy seasoned to perfection and the double burger was nice and hot fresh vegetables and all around good flavor

Various visits the ingredients for various sandwiches are not available. They state delivery truck did not deliver ingredients needed. Rather rude on drive thru window as well as inside. Please investigate so no one else experiences same poor service.
Inexpensive food served quickly
Esteban is absolutely AMAZING! Clone him and you'll put your competitors out of business!! He greeted me with a smile & "welcome!" as soon as I walked in the door.
He saw me on my phone and asked if I had placed or am going to be placing mobile app order. He then helped me navigate through my Wendy's app so I could use my rewards.
I went to sit down to wait, and he brought it to me like I was at a sit-down restaurant!!! He used my name and sir repeatedly. He is a genuinely happy person.
I have an extensive background in corporate & retail management. I came into Wendy's wearing PJ pants, a hooded zip, and was served like I was wearing a suit while dining at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse!

Treated myself to my last starchy meal. Doing a diet of no starch and no sugar for 30 days. Thank heavens the fries were hot and salted.
