This Taco Bell sucks!!!!! Food is always cold and nasty there tacos are always broke so u have to eat it with a fork they never do what you ask for and there attention are on 💯 so if I was you I would drive the extra miles to go to the next one!!!!

The taco tasted like it was cooked in old oil or either the taco shell was ransid. The burrito was supposed to have extra onions and extra sour cream but instead it had none of both! Not worth going back to get a refund or replacement. This location always check your order before you leave because 80% of the time it's wrong!

Worst taco bell Ever. Very slow, employees talking on their cell phones, I had to send my food back twice. The first time because I had asked for no dairy and they put avacado ranch on it. That's not an ingredient in that burrito. Then sent it back again when all they put on it was beans and rice. WhenI got it the third time, it was still missing ingredients and I finally just asked for it on the side and built the burrito myself!! BTW, I had to ask multiple times for sides because they were enough for 1 burrito. I ordered 4! People were there over 15 minutes and still waiting when I left! The tables were covered with fresh and food, the floors were sticky, the drink station looks like a cesspool.

Service is horribly slow. I waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes, not moving before giving up and going to Hardee's instead.

Would be great if they could wrap a simple burrito or crunch wrap so when I pick it up it doesn't explode.

Came to get some food and Martell I believe was her name she didn't have a name tag but it was on receipt was awesome. Customer service was on point t. Need more like her everywhere.
