Was advised by a close friend of mine to visit this location and I am glad I did. The attentiveness of the employees upon me entering the store was great. The only advice I could give is that the employees are trained to help guests narrow their choices down or even suggest specials/promos that are running that have never ordered food from Philly Pretzel before. I told the gentleman at the counter “Sorry for the delay I have never been here before” and his response of “What, never? Really!” made me laugh haha. I love that the pretzels are not greasy and bathed in butter *cough* (Auntie Anne’s) and just the right amount of salt, along with their many mustard choices. I went conservative with only 25 pretzels this time because I will be hunkered down in the snow lol. But you already know I will most definitely be visiting again and again and again.

Wonderful attentive service! Was Greeted with a smile and enthusiastic welcome and what can they get me … though I had a coupon, didn’t make me feel like hey you got to get mediocre service since it’s free feeling…!
Their pretzel dogs cone in either all beef or spicy sausage so I tried both. This seems to be a busy place that noon time crowd comes to. They have a huge “kitchen” that’s open to all. You get to watch them make these delicious pretzel creations!
How can I miss a taste of Philly in my own backyard?! This spot is a great little nod to the fresh made pretzels of good ol Philly. I got to chat up the attendant at the desk and she was extremely helpful letting me know about the options and when the next fresh batch would be out!
I ordered a bag of 5 along with a spicy mustard, buttercream, and hot nacho cheese dip cups. Each of the dips paired nicely, but I would reserve buttercream for an unsalted pretzel. The salt + sweet were a hard pass on the tastebuds, but definitely worth a try!
The hot cheese has a nice kick to it and the mustard was just right on the spice. The pretzels were hot, fluffy, and flavorful. The wait is quick and the service came with a smile. Would to back for more!
I really enjoyed these pretzels and the staff here. We came in for a snack and were delighted with extremely fresh, extremely tasty pretzels that were a great price. Folks from Philly definitely know how to throw down when it comes to food and they shine here.

Located in Providence shopping center next to Kroger you will find a wonderful place to grab a snack or unique lunch. This place is fantastic if you're looking for that perfect hot pretzel. I grew up in the north and nothing beats a hot pretzel in Philly. This place is oh so close to the real deal. The staff was very pleasant and patient. I was deeply weighing my options on the menu. Thanks Philly Pretzel!
Ordered the family pack and I would say it’s an awesome deal if your not sure what you want and you want a taste of everything. I think we got plenty for what we paid for however there was a long wait of about 15- 20 minutes for fresh pretzels, and the worker had no idea how to ring it up. If ordering I would call ahead and make sure they have the certain pretzels done so you don’t have to wait. The pretzels were amazing nonetheless and I would definitely come back!
I love this place! The food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly! I highly recommend them especially if you are in the mood for a pretzel or pretzel dog! Even on the busiest days like dollar pretzel dog day, I never have to wait more than a few minutes.
We love everything we try here, especially the new pretzel pizza! But the icing on the cake is always the family feel you get from those that run the business/work there.
Went for #Lisa day. The pretzels are amazing! They are like the perfect warm pretzel. I warmed mine up for 30 seconds and used the nacho cheese sauce and it was an amazing lunch! This will definitely be a place I go to again.
