I love this place; especially the breakfast sandwiches, but the last 2 times I went in there, they didn't toast the bagel like I asked- otherwise they'd get 5 stars. The corona & distancing doesn't help the wait & haste while serving. I get that. I still love it :)

By far one of the best Bagels I've had since my time in NYC and decent service as well. The concept for the ordering line is a bit weird... One would expect to pay and order at the register first but they have you wait around a wall and order first. I would definitely recommend check this place out and return again!

A friend recommended this place to me and it was as good as she said it was. My husband and i both tried the farmhouse bagel and it was amazing! It is confusing where the line starts but if you speak up and ask they are more than happy to help. Everyone was friendly, and food even gets delivered to your table by the preparer. It is a little pricier than i expected but it was worth it to me. I will be visiting more often as i only live 5 minutes away!

Had the farmhouse on an everything bagel because they were out of the cheesy hashbrown bagel. Little one had a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese. Both were very good.
Long wait to order and not the best set up for ordering bit, food is worth it.
Customer service was great.
Will be back for sure.

Super yummy combinations for breakfast bagel sandwiches. I would recommend both fan favorites as well as the cinnamon sugar bagel.

So I'm from Florida and this place was comparison to Einstein Bagels this place was awesome. I had a hash brown cheddar bagel with eggs and bacon and of garlic and herb cream cheese in the inside it was so good

They have some of the most wonderful NY style bagels for this area. If they are better ones out here in Virginia Beach they haven't made themselves known. The place is comfortable and they have espresso beverages and great coffee. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Great customer service over the phone. I ordered a small catering box of bagels which is close to $18 but comes with two tubs of cream cheese and a dozen bagels and plates and knives and napkins. I highly recommend this location for all of your business, catering, and personal needs. Excellent staff and friendly on the phone.

I would give the food a five star rating and the staff a three. There's a line to wait to order in before you arrive at the register, but they don't tell you that. The workers kind of just stare at you while you're in line and let us bypass without ordering. They weren't rude, but it just wasn't well organized or communicated. I got a salmon bagel which was amazing, so I would definitely go again to order it, and now I know how the system works. Don't let the confusion stop you from getting tasty bagels!
