It blew our tastebuds away! We had the vegetable couscous, potato and gorgonzola curry, grilled veggie salad, and baklava. The complimentary bread was out-of-this-world delicious. Hearty portions. $39 for two with an app, 2 entrees, iced tea, and a dessert!

This place is amazing. If you're looking for an authentic Tunisian food this is the place to go. Their Buffet is reasonably price. The lamb, steamed beef, couscous, soup, and more are all cooked to perfection. You can also order from thier menu which has ample selection to choose from.
We visited Carthage Mediterranean restaurant yesterday for dinner. We were a party of six.
The restaurant offered alacarte as well as buffet. Two of us who didn't want to wait decided to eat the buffet and the rest ordered alacarte.
The food was ok not extra ordinary but the service was good and prompt.
I really enjoy Mediterranean food and was interested in trying it. The food was great. The buffet was such a great value for what you can get I would recommend it to start. We also enjoyed some Ojja with seafood from the menu. Excellent choice. There is Lablabi on the menu as well which is sure to be wonderful based on the Ojja. They also make crepes, we didn't try them but the description looks like they'll be amazing. Nothing was overly spicy but I'm sure they can add more heat since they use harissa in some of the dishes. The dining area is comfortable, some have said dated and yes it is but come here for the food.

This place is truly a hidden gem. The owner has a long history of successful restaurants in the area dating back to at least the 80s. Every time I go in, I'm greeted with a friendly attitude, a great atmosphere and of course excellent food. I've had the opportunity to sample food from all over the menu and have enjoyed each and every one. Carthage isn't just a good choice for me, it's a regular stop and something I always look forward to.
Wow! The food was incredible. Lamb and chicken were seasoned perfectly and so tender the meat fell off the bone. Lots of great options on the buffet. The bread was phenomenal. Friendly service too. Will definitely be back.
Lovely place, you can tell the owner is very involved in his business. Very much a family business, adding to its charm. Food was good! Loved the salad bar and I had one of the curry dishes. Will suggest to anyone who wants to support a local business.

Great food and menu selection. Excellent service and prices. The dishes ordered seemed to be made of fresh ingredients. However the decor of the restaurant is due for a update and does not blend well with the menu items or restaurant name. Will recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to eat Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine
