Grab your family and go! Let me just say how mouthwatering the aroma of this establishment is. Eating there felt like being part of a big family Sunday dinner. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The dishes were exquisite, and the plates were fully loaded. I saw kids of all ages all throughout. Their menu has something for everyone. They were so busy, yet I could not say anyone was disgruntled or had an attitude. Instead, they were prompt to attend every table, to cater to each family with a smile on their face and lots of positivity. The place was clean, and even the cooks were smiling. Again grab your family and go! Price was a steal for all the food that's loaded on your plate.
First things first & this was our first time. There were two entrances to this place that aren’t well marked. One is for seating and the other is for ordering to go. We accidentally went to the the to-go area but they were friendly and sent us to the right spot to dine in.
Dining in was great. Our waitress was awesome and there were people helping us who were not our designated waitress. They got us extra water and took our dirty plates away. I say the service is the best part of this place! It was superb!
The pizza we ordered was a large meat lovers. We should have ordered the medium but now we have leftovers. The pizza had lots of toppings and was tasty. We got the garlic knots. They were tasty but in my preference a little hard on the outside. The inside of the rolls were good.
Overall, 4/5 for this place! It’s a good spot and prices are decent.
Primo has been a long-time favorite! Their pizza is delicious and the garlic knots are the absolute best in the area. You must order online for take-out (no phone orders); their website is simple to navigate. You will not be disappointed!
Absolutely top shelf food and very freindly service. Recently ate here and had to again because it was so good. The pizza is great, the Stromboli is excellent, and the meat ravioli with meat sauce is to die for. A new local favorite and I'm sad it took so long for us to try, but it is a new family favorite. Parking can be a short walk, but well worth it

I have a soft spot in my heart for this place. I lived near it from 04 to 09. Eat here all the time at the bar. The chicken Parmesan and the lasagna was a staple. The salads and garlic knots are awesome also. Came through last night and the place still has tasty food. The bread they give you before your meal is still awesome. Love this place. All the food served around me looked amazing. All the staff is so nice. Great spot. They are closed one day a week probably because it's hard to open 7 days a week anymore. Must try.
Finally after moving here from New York I have found an Italian restaurant that has wonderful food and well presented!! Every other place serves you food that taste like a pound of salt, no wonder these people are stroking out so much in VB!! I have been twice and I'm very impressed with and look forward to trying the pizza.
Was a little disappointed, but the portions were huge. The outside of the bread was a little too burnt for me but I guess that's because they put it in the pizza oven. Liked the alfredo better than the lasagna
We love eating at Primo. I don't really think some of these other people really appreciate a good quality meal. When eating here, expect to relax and enjoy your food. To begin, the have the best hot bread in town. Their salads are hearty and their ranch dressing is delicious! The Veal marsala is soooo tasty. My other favorite is Shrimp and Crab with Brandy Cream Sauce and I am getting hungry writing this review! This is our favorite lunch and dinner spot in town. When the family visits from out of town ...we eat at Primo!
It has been quite a while since we have been here. It was truly a pleasure to have lunch here. Food was superb and our waitress Ashley was awesome. The price was reasonable. Just one more thing. Make sure you are HUNGRY when you arrive. You won't be when you leave.
I've always heard about this place for years. Never tried it. Had a cheese slice of pizza. Not bad. I wanna try more. Stay tuned.

I don’t know what it is, but this place has been around for a long time. I don’t know if it’s for the pizza because mine wasn’t that great. Maybe it’s because the place is like an Olive Garden minus the breadsticks and salad. You have to ask for bread. I don’t think they just give it to you. Well, they didn’t for me. Maybe it was the waitress. I don’t know. My pizza wasn’t that great. I’ve been told this by a friend who’s never had the pizza and he was right. I’d just want to check it out. Yeah, I wasn’t impressed. Who charges for garlic knots?!? this is the leftover dough that gets thrown or out even given out.
