My husband and I wanted a steak last night. We decided to try Texas Roadhouse in VB. We did the call ahead seating.
When we arrived, we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server was Greg. We were looking at drinks and he made suggestions which we went with. We both had the huge 20 oz bone in ribeye steak. The steaks came and were perfectly cooked medium rare. The food was fantastic.
The steak was perfect but the service was top notch.
Greg was very happy and gave off that bone. Even if we would have been in a bad mood, his uplifting attitude and smile would have certainly calmed the angriest beast.
There have been other resturaunts that we have been and the food has been phenomenal but the service was not good so we have not returned.
Needless to say, we will return and we will ask for Greg's area when we do.
You have a perfect shining gem in this very nice polite and attentive young man.
It was very nice as for me and my family are from Ohio every time I go to a Texas Roadhouse they treat us like family and the service is always great as is the food
Tonight's service was good! Enjoyed the 8oz New York Strip, the ROADKILL, LOL! Chop steak covered in onions & mushrooms! The Chicken Tenders, the Half Rack Ribs & Corn ... All tasty!!
Food is amazing they definitely know there steaks. Always fire grilled to perfection. Lets not forget there amazing sides. Overall highly recommended.
We each had a Porterhouse T-Bone with sides. We started our meal with a order of the Cactus Blossom and two orders of the Grilled Shrimp Appetizers,and two cocktails 🍸. For dessert it was Granny's Apple Classic for me and Strawberry Shortcake for my Lady. All in all the food was right on and our server was very pleasant and helpful,she did a great job
Although this experience was pleasurable like many others I have also had slow service and food were the chef just wasn't feeling it ya know ow what I mean. But the visit in question this time was a very good one two thumbs up 👍 👍
I actually went a few nights before Christmas. They were extremely busy, everyone was very friendly. We were seated rather quickly, even with a long wait line. Our food arrived quickly and was very delicious. I will return again soon.
This place loves our veterans with juicy steaks and chilli that I like. Their potato wedges are tasty too . They exceeded me and my wife’s expectations. We even bought ribs for my son.
I was visiting the area, with my grandmother, to take my mother out for a birthday dinner. She chose this location. The restaurant was decent. My party and I (3 total) enjoyed our experience to this location, overall. My mother has issues with consuming hard foods and asked the waiter to have the kitchen over-cook the vegetable to be slightly on the mushy side. They seemed to be unable to do this, because the three times they brought it back to the table it was still hard, and as she put it "seems like they just re-heated it again and again". Quite disappointed for that result. The steaks were a bit on the thin side, but the size, texture, feel, and flavor was overall very pleasant and on the upper side of all the steak houses I've been to. Our waiter, Theo, was kind and helpful, but never seemed to be happy or smile. Whenever we needed something (even if it wasn't him) someone was there to help us out.
Always a treat eating here. The food is great! I love the cowboy theme. If you're celebrating a birthday be prepared to ride the saddle! Lol. The rolls are so delicious and the cinnamon butter😋 So good. I don't think I've ordered anything from here that didn't taste good. Good choice.
Stopped by on St Paddy's day and realized 2 waiters and myself were dressed similar. I had to take a pic with them. They were very nice and open to taking the pic. Food was great and the drinks were good. Thank you TR
Overall good experience. Very long wait time even though there is an online waiting list. Had an estimate of 90-100 minutes after signing up. They asked us to sit on one side due to 6ft but that kind of doesn’t make sense by the way the tables are set up. Waitress was nice and on point, came and often checked in on us. Menu(online) has a good selection including sides. They bring complimentary bread that is super hot and fresh and taste great. Drinks and food came pretty quickly. Everything tasted great and looked very pleasant. Prices are very reasonable. Left full and satisfied.
