My aunt and I had a wonderful meal! Everything was so delicious! The waiter was very friendly and even poured us a drink on the house. Very friendly clean and comfortable environment. Accommodating if you’d like to change something from menu meals. Highly recommended.
Newly remodeled - and looks great. Love the ocean view sitting out on the boardwalk patio. The new menu featuring fresh seafood as well as burgers and we heard the best French Fries at the beach (including fries smothered in cheese and crab meat). Personally, my favorite is their fried shrimp with cocktail sauce with extra ‘horsey’ kick. So good. Great selection of beer & wine.
We were here for 4 days. Thank God we found this place. The food was the best meal we have EVER had! We started with the calamari, which was just as good as other places we've eaten. I had the fried green tomatoes topped with crab meat as my meal. The sauce put it over the top amazing! Hubby had the special which was a steak, shrimp, mashed potatoes and veggies. Again, the sauce on the shrimp was nothing I've ever had before and was absolutely delicious. I have worked in the industry and never tipped the chef separately from the server. I did this time. It was well deserved for food we have never had prepared the same way. It was on the higher $$$ side, but it was well worth it. And Brandy was an excellent server!
Great food and nice outdoor seating right on boardwalk. They automatically added a 20% "tip" on bill without any clear notice (nothing on the menu noting this fee). Not appreciated. Tips should be at the customer's discretion and in appreciation for good service and food. Plus as far as I know, industry standard for tips is 15% and not 20%. For high quality a restaurant could raise it's menu prices accordingly, stand by it, and be proud without disguising higher prices as tips. If the food and service are genuinely worthy, customers will still come. Ironically, I would have given a little more than 20% tip if given the choice as the service and food were great.
Very happy this is the restaurant attached to our hotel! (Boardwalk) great drinks, food, and service. Had the fish (cod) & chips, wings, steak frites (medium), and crab legs. All great! This was my first experience with crab legs and the boyfriend had to break most of them apart for me despite my honest effort, but they were well worth it if you’re willing to splurge a little. Steak was perfect, wings were big & juicy and on the higher end of satisfaction if you’re a wing connoisseur, I didn’t personally have the fish & chips but my dad has to try it anywhere he goes and made lots of “mmm’s” and grunts with head nods as he devoured it, so I’m assuming approval. We had Brandy as a server and she was great to have. I don’t typically remember names, but I made a mental note because she deserved recognition. Definitely worth a stop!
We went for drinks on a summer evening. Mostly we did canned and bottled beers and it was fine service for that, but the one mixed drink was basically just super sweet mixer and not good. The outdoor patio is nice but we were just inside by the bar and it was sweltering hot.
It was a nice Sunday and my wife and I decided to people watch and have a drink. When we asked for a table we were told that they were short staffed and had a limited menu. Fine by me as the most important factors were a shaded patio and drink availability. The bartender was very pleasant and made excellent Mojitos. After 30 minutes of watching the boardwalk we decided to have another drink and sandwiches. We ordered two margaritas on the rocks, a chicken sandwich and a crab cake sandwich. Both sandwiches came with a large helping of crispy seasoned fries. The chicken was moist and tender while the crabmeat was abundant and not bound together with excessive breading. Everything was perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
We had a wonderful lunch on the patio for my birthday. Angela (our server) went above and beyond to make it a memorable afternoon. The Crab mac and cheese is spectacular! As was everything else we had. Definitely recommend going here! We'll be back for sure.
Our waiter Nick, was always there when we needed him, and our food was brought out very quickly. The negative reviews of the food being tasteless are absolutely false. We had the oysters Rockefeller, which I highly recommend, and lobster Mac and cheese. The amount of oysters was more than plenty for two people and the sauce was amazing. The lobster Mac had giant pieces of lobster and was reasonably priced. Would go again at anytime. Highly recommend!!!

I had time to stop in for some tuna bites or the calamari. Their cook"s presentation and dishes were fab!
