Cold Stone Creamery

It's been far too long since we visited Cold Stone. Even though we moved and this store is father than another, it's such a pleasure that we continue to patronize it. The service is always prompt, helpful, patient, and they're expert ice cream mixologists. The restroom is always clean as are the tables both indoors and out. Speaking of the outdoors, that's what makes this store so special. It has a large patio with lots of tables and, while there is traffic passing beyond the parking lot, the patio feels cozy and secluded. Your gaze is automatically drawn to the Catalinas. We've eaten outdoors year 'round at this location. It's shaded from the sun and usually receives a pleasant breeze. Only extreme weather keeps us from enjoying our expertly blended I've cream concoctions on the patio. I have and will continue to recommend this location to all ice cream lovers!

I've gone to this place more than once and all cold stone creamery's have great ice cream. I've had very outstanding service and some below average service. I had some ice-cream cupcakes that I ordered like 2 weeks or more in advance last year for a birthday. And the order was not what I ordered. I took the cupcakes cause I literally only had a couple hours to before the part began when I picked them up and no one seemed to care thw order was wrong. That's the biggest issue that I've had. But going in for small orders hasn't been an issue.

Five stars for excellent customer service today! It took the clerk a while to acknowledge us buuut it was because she was making waffle cones!! Which was pretty cool to watch and it filled the place with a sweet and delicious aroma!! I asked if they had dairy, soy and gluten free alternatives and she knew what they were right away. Lemon or raspberry sorbet. Sadly the only safe mix in was gummy bears but for my 8 year old he was absolutely thrilled! Hopefully in the future they will carry a couple of dairy free ice creams (chocolate hint hint) besides the sorbet! We stopped in today after the kid's first day of school to cool off and talk about how it went. The store was very clean. The clerk was very nice and helpful. They keep their freezers stocked with ice cream cakes, cupcakes and ice cream sandwiches that all looked absolutely gorgeous and decadent! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend them!!

I just ordered my birthday cake yesterday and every thing was wonderful about the experience. The lady behind the counter let me try a few flavors to pick out the right one. She offers to do the writing in several colors and said she would even add a rose or two. The ready made cakes are gorgous and done with a artistic flair that I just adore.
