Big V was our server tonight and was awesome! From the time he took our order until we left he made our experience really pleasant. He gave us suggestions on what drink to order and what meals to order. All recommendations were good. He has a great personality and made us feel welcome. We’re not regulars at Applebees but we would definitely make repeat visits just to have Big V help us out.
Exactly what you would expect, great food, great atmosphere great time. We went there after attending the Wild Bunch Film Festival. Awards ceremony where I took home three first-place wins for my upcoming film GERONIMO'S REVENGE.First place for best trailer for a western movie, first place for Director for a movie trailer and first place for a movie poster. Are hostess and waitress were absolutely top-notch and very professional, courteous, warm and welcoming. 🙏🙏
Came for a late lunch on a Wednesday and place was pretty quiet. Kimberly was our server and she was very nice! The food was average but came out very warm which was great. The menu was a little deceiving. The 2 for $22 in bold on top tricked me into thinking I was getting a deal since it comes with a shared appetizer. Problem was I overlooked the smaller numbers above each column and didn't realize we ordered from the 2 for $26 and 2 for $28 menu. Haha not a deal breaker but bad for business. It should all be one price! Overall not a bad visit but not even close to our top choices to return.
We've come here for years and have never had a bad experience until tonight. However, with that being said, the manager on duty handled our mishaps beautifully and with grace. Unfortunately, she had quite a few l complaints to handle. Coming from the upper service industry, I listened to her responses to others, and while obviously overwhelmed, she was still very impressive. Kudos to your management. See you next time.
The food was good as expected, but the star of the show was the service. My server was Sarah D. All I can say is she was the best! Super kind, always checking in to see if I needed things. Always saw her running around, brought me refills quickly, couldn't have been more of a professional! Best server I've ever had!!! Keep people like her around!
Everytime we go to the Park Place location there is a 40 to hour wait yes we usually go with at least 6 or more people. They usually aren't busy when we go there will be a bunch of tables empty, but they assume that we all want to sit at the same table, shoot as long as we are close to each other we are good. maybe they should ask if we want to sit at different tables? Lol still love this place though. Great food!!

We dine and had a drink at the bar. Kayla our bartender not only is the reason we came back but is the model of Excellent Experiences! She is kind, professional, considerate, and we will keep coming back because of her. Everyone in the customer service industry should be mentor by her and follow her example. Thank you Kayla! The people are nice. The waiter JT is very kind and helpful and has great taste in menu choices. I love the menu!
I had Chicken strips and Fries, they were only
ok! The coating was kind of hard, and I only ate a couple and I brought the rest to my dogs. I definitely will not order them again.!! My Friend almost always orders the Oriental Chicken Salad and Loves it and she likes the Chicken Wonton Tacos as well!
