I ordered the ribeye medium and it was cooked perfect. The fall off the bone ribs really did fall off the bone. This was the best meal we have had since we got to the area.

I was seated promptly, had a fantastic waitress named Laurel, my order was delivered quickly and was cooked perfectly. Food and service was excellent, by the way, I had New York strip steak!
Went back to Logan's for lunch with my sister. Marie helped us and did a great job. I do not order fish at many restaurants because it is usually greasy. I had the cat fish and it was perfect, fresh, not a bit greasy and was fresh. Sis had steak and said it was cooked as she ordered and was very tender. It was a great experience. Also, the salads were fresh and crisp and made by our waitress, Marie and they were great.

Normal wait times.
Get seated to a sticky table
After taking our appetizer and meal order... we get brought out the sides to our meal first... then the appetizer and meal at the same time.
Wasn't given any silverware until I had to chase someone down.
Asked for rolls multiple times as I seen surrounding tables being brought fresh baskets. We get 1 basket and never get checked on again...butter for rolls was some fake margarine that I couldn't eat
Ribeye was a poor cut - inconsistent in thickness and 1/4" at its thickest.
I want this place to do better... Logans used to be THE PLACE for rolls and its a sad excuse for a steak house. And service..
Won't be bad until I see "under new management" or something that tells me they have changed!

ZERO STARS - Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. We had arranged dinner with our friends, three couples, a party of six. The hostess sat two couples down at a table of four and told us that when the other couple arrived, they could move the adjacent table over and sit them, so we did. They took our drink order, about 5 minutes passed, and they told us we needed to separate the tables because it was a fire hazard. So we did. A table of six cleared up behind us, so we asked them to move us to that table. They said, ‘no, we can’t because another party is already reserved for that table.’ Total BS! We stayed in separate tables, three on one and three on the other, for about another hour, and the empty table of six was not even cleaned. No other party ever showed up.
I tipped the waitress because it was not her fault that the manager was disrespectful with zero customer service skills. Bottom line, don’t eat at this place. The service is with an attitude, and the managers are rude with zero customer service skills. The beer we ordered had run out, and it took them ten minutes to tell us this, so we asked for bottles instead. The ladies ordered a bottle of wine, so they brought us an opened bottle!!! Who gets an un-corked bottle when a guest orders a bottle ? Logan’s does. The potato skins were flat and stale. Like if they were microwaved. Horrible. Never Ever Again !! Don’t let your friends eat here either.

The waitress took our drink and food order at the same time, one of us ordered sweet, she brought unsweet tea. When she brought our salads my wife told her the tea wasn't sweet,the waitress replied they were out of sugar. She should have said that when she took the order. So I guess it's too much to ask for the manager to send someone to a local supermarket to get sugar when they realized they were out? Charged $2.99 for a drink she couldn't drink. After 45 minutes of waiting for our steaks, I had to find the waitress and when I asked about our food then she went to the kitchen and got it. One of us ordered a loaded potato it came out with only butter. Steak was tough. So if you eat here don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

The sever that we had took 25 minutes to come to my table to even say hello and to get drink orders. Also she told me that she would bring some bread out as quickly as she can because she was the only one baking it. I work in the restaurant industry and I tell you she needs to be trained better and learn to never let a table sit for not even 2 minutes before you need to be greeting them. So I say my visit their tonight was not great and it could have been better, also never got my drinks that I ordered and I was their ready to spend for a full course meal but that was to much for her to handle. Very disappointed in how we was done and the managers that was their and their was two of them was not even helping her that just kept seating her after us and that's bad when you see that someone can't keep up help them out where needed... I wasn’t expecting much. After having worked there before Covid I knew there were some service issues. It was the only place we could get a steak for my dads birthday. So we went. It did take a while to seat us but we knew it was due to staff shortages. Man did it go great after. Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. Is any of these reviews are about service it wasn’t about our waiter. We will be going back and my opinion has gone back to great.

We had a server that was new on a party of 11 . 4 meals were incorrect. The server had a bad attitude and Her facial expressions told exactly how she felt. Eventually a more experience server helped. The food was mediocre. Two steaks were burnt and the fried fish filets were unrecognizable, they looked like fish sticks. I haven’t eaten T Logan’s since the pandemic and will not be returning. The only reason for the two starts was for the experienced server.
