Mo's Seafood

Mo's was very good. The waitress was very polite and professional. I order one of my favorite dishes, Salmon Imperial and it was great! Additional note: I frequent all Mos locations. Unfortunately I have had two incidents at the Towson location. The food is always good. However, I realized on my last 2 visits that the automatic gratuity was higher than it should be. Once instance the gratuity was 20/21% and my last visit on 2/5/21 had a gratuity of 23%. I mentioned it both time but did not receive a valid explanation. Please check your receipts.

Great customer service and a variety of good food selections but the walls in many places of the restaurant appeared dirty, in the actual dining area and the men's room and the wall paint was cracked too. Not a good thing at all. I was a bit shocked and disappointed at this considering the professional service and impressive menu of dishes to choose from.

Mo's is my go to for crab imperial...best in town if you ask me. Never, ever bad. I realize we are in a pandemic, however, I spent over 100 dollars and asked for extra tarter and cocktail sauce. I had 2 full size crab imperials and a pound of shrimp. There was 2 cocktails w/ shrimp ONLY. They had the audacity to tell me I would have to pay extra for sauce!!! I spent OVER 100 dollars. He finally gave me 3 tarters and 3 cocktails. Really!! This is super poor!! I have bills to pay as well!!

Last night was my first time eating from the Towson location. I usually go to the downtown location for carry out. I was very disappointed. I ordered the salmon imperial and it didn’t have one scallop. The dish comes with crab, shrimp and scallops. I usually order the small size and every bite is seafood. The portion of fish was tiny. When I order the same thing from the downtown location it’s enough for 2 meals. The salmon was overcooked and tough along with the shrimp. I ordered via Uber Eats. It arrived hot and on time. I can’t blame it on having to reheat it. I wasted $40! It appears that the restaurant is cutting corners on quality and ingredients. I’m a long time customer so I know what Mo’s is capable of. Unacceptable.
