Can’t believe they rushed over the food like this I called at 11:45 and they told me they close at 12. They said only pick up and wouldn’t let me use my card over the phone. When I got my food this is how it looked. $23 dollars I could have paid and got New York fried chicken I’m so upset !

I ordered my food online over 45 minutes ago and I’ve called twice to check where my order is and I was told it was on the way and hasn’t been over 45 minutes even though it has . I order from this place all the time and they are usually pretty quick but I’m not understanding why it’s taking this long and I live less than 5 min from here . I’m very upset with the experience i have went through tonight . I’m pretty sure my food will be cold by the time it does arrive . Also as a paying customer, the customer service should be better ! Don’t catch a attitude with me because your delivery driver is taking over an hour to deliver food Ive already paid for !!! …. Update : the driver states they dropped off my food and of course I don’t have my food ! Of course the store is closed and I can’t call to complain !

Stokos is by far one of my favorite places to eat on the East side of Baltimore. On today, they disappointed me. First, The cashier messed up the money and almost gave me my $100 bill back when I paid. I was honest enough to give it back so he would not be short of money. The bad experience is that I received raw french fries and my chicken did not have what I asked for on it after the order taker read it back to me twice. The phone call I made was pointless. I understand mistakes do happen; however, the lack of concern after it's made is absurd from the staff. If you are going to conduct business. Get some hospitality because the ignorance displayed today was not good.

I used to go here when I was working. But I was very disappointed with the food, for one thing the cheese steak sub I got was seriously over cook asked for extra fried onions no extra onions. The chicken wings tasted as though they were taken straight from the package to the grease no seasoning at all. I will not be going back.

I got a shrimp cheesesteak and totally wasted $20. It taste's horrible. The meat was bland with no seasonings. Not even salt and pepper. The shrimp was cold and chewy. I threw it away. Definitely bot returning and I do not recommend.

I ordered a salad. Arrived home, started eating snd i had a long piece of hsir in my food. This plan is horrible and they dont take any pride in what a serve. Every time i order from here the food is nasty. Stop ordering from here? Yes i will. Please be careful when eating from these people.
