Wendy's

Not the greatest, not the worst. I did see some employees touching on things with their gloves (hair, face, body parts) and then touching food products. This probably happens a lot in places, especially with lack of supplies for a lot of places, but it really shouldn't be happening. One employee did fix my order very fast and kindly, though. Shout out to him!

Depending on the staff the food various greatly. There breakfast is a hidden treat and the lunch burgers are always good. Today they have been open for close to a hour and they ignored the drive thru window on purpose hoping people would leave. More then a few vehicles parked outside. But it's 2022 good service is not expected from the current crowd. Wouldn't recommend unless you have time to blow

Extremely rude women taking orders today in drive through & taking payment at window. I got to window and I handed her my cash .She got my drink order wrong and was mad at me, "You said Natural". I ordered a medium minute maid lemonade. I first got the all natural strawberry lemonade, I handed it back and told her no I wanted the minute maid. She then processed to huff and talk badly about me with window wide open with co-workers. She then hand me back a strawberry lemonade in a different cup, along with my change. No receipt given, I tried talking to her and she walked away from window and would not speak to me at all. All I wanted was a normal lemonade. I just drove away not even worth the fight, this is the 1st time I had even seen this women there working. Worst experience I have every had there, It is always slow but never service that poor, I got through line twice a week due to proximity.

Spent most of my 30min lunch in their drive through. 21 mins to be exact. Then when I say something about it the 2 children in the store playing and joking and laughing, wanted to get smart with me. I spend a lot of money here because of how close it is to my work but I won't sink another dime into that store. McDonald's knows how to mange orders and still get everyone out in a timely manor. I will also make sure all their review platforms have a review. I normally don't waste my time putting a review in when things go wrong but this takes that cake.

Showed up an hour before closing. The girl at the window was very professional and was doing her job... Everyone else visible from the window was either on their phone, distracting the cooking team or causing the slowest line ever. They were missing many of the listed items on the menu (nightshift gets the shaft, I get it, but come on) there were way too many people inside to cause such a backup. I felt bad for those that were actually working. The food was cold, I had to send back an order that I asked for without a bun (I asked 3 times before pulling around) when they "fixed" the order, they left it completely plain with unmelted cheese... I'm all for the service industry, but I think the GM or RM for this store needs to come and watch the night shift for a bit. Highly disappointed, also... I would avoid if you are looking for 'fast' food.

Went through their drive thru, ordered their version of the taco salad 🥗. I get home and there's no chili 😔🤬😡🤬 salad, chips and salsa. If you ever try to call Wendy's, pretty much every time you get a voicemail and no call back. This happened twice in Lawrence as well. Never did get my problem taken care of in Lawrence.

Man, all I have to say is that lil Wayne look alike shift lead is a joke. Whole store needs fired. Idk who got the gremlin wet after midnight, but they had a bad day. And the manager there is about as worthless as the plan B pill for my deceased father. Y'all straight up shameless, couldn't count to 4 if you used every chicky nuggy in that building. ✌🏻
