Pad Restaurant

I was disappointed in my hamburger. I got a small size and it was so transparent. I took it back and showed the cashier, she said that is the how the small is. I said part of it is missing. Another girl came from behind and said we will make you another one, and bring it to you. She brought another one out with complimentary cookies. I appreciated her willingness to accommodate in a friendly manner however disappointed by the hamburger patty again. If you look closely you can see the hole. I should have laid it flat on the white paper so it would be obvious, but it was an afterthought. Their patties must be paper thin that when the cook puts them on the grill they desinigrate. I did not say anymore due to the complimentary cookies but left very disappointed.

For the most part the restaurant is good. The food is good .place is nice and clean. My only gripe is when you get the all you can eat salad bar.. First time you get a normal size plate but if you go for a second time they give you a little plate.. plus you have to pay extra for the soup..That being said it's a decent restaurant 👌

Did not expect to see a salad bar set up in this place. Great selection of items on the salad bar. The only concern was the cherry tomatoes seemed to be a little over ripe. Pork tenderloin was huge and the onion rings are great. Some staff could use several lessons on how to be friendly and not so snobbish.

Good food, lots of newer kids in training, inside was very clean, managers were organized and directive without being annoying to the customers experience, I saw employees constantly cleaning up the smallest thing here or there within seconds of discovery, the interior has a dated feeling, but the cleainess and good food made it easy to look past. Not a fault of the restaurant, but it's certainly not in the safest part of town, if you're gonna go after dark pack some heat just in case.
