Absolutely loved this place! Went for the first time a couple of weeks ago with a couple of friends. The bar tender and waitress were so nice and attentive! The bar tender also made creative drinks to have us try which made it fun and seemed like a personalized experience. We ended up meeting the owners, and they were incredibly gracious. I will certainly be coming here more often! Love the unique atmosphere in this new, cozy Tampa spot!

Saw this spot a few times and decided to stop by. Atmosphere is pretty chill with a rustic retro open feel to it. The bar stool’s are pretty awesome and made out of bicycle gears. I had the chicken and waffles and was pretty floored by them. Service was good and on point with questions and refills. Will definitely be returning.

5 stars for ambiance 5 for menu choices 3 for service and food It's such a cute place inside; we were immediately happy that we chose there for breakfast. They had a few interesting menu items apart from what you'd expect to see at an IHOP. I liked their coffee variety. They had kumbucha tea. Even the glassware were trendy mason jars. However, they lost a star for food and service. The pancakes my friend asked for were rock-solid. She rapped them against the table in explanation. A pancake shouldn't sound like that. 😅 Our waitress was nice, but she took long periods away before she came back to check on us or get our order. I wish she would've brought my friend something on the house for their mistake. It's not obligatory, but it would've been nice after we waited so long for it to come out. The waitresses knowingly said, "The pancakes are hard?" when my friend raised her hand. My friend nodded and she took it off of the bill. My sandwich was great and R said that the chicken and waffles were good, too. Maybe just don't get the pancakes. :) I'll be back to give it another chance.

Got brunch at 9:45 on a Sunday and it was perfect. No busy crowd. Plenty of parking. And great service. Also the food is on point. Chicken and waffles portion is huge. Grits were delicious. Cold Brew was perfect. Would definitely eat here again.

Great atmosphere. The staff very friendly and helpful. The kind of place you want to come back to so you can try everything on the menu. Great cold brews and craft sodas also!

Pretty cool little place with a great selection of craft beers from local breweries. The food was pretty on point too. I got chicken and waffles with a bourbon maple syrup and fruit loops whipped cream. Yummmm!!!

Stop in for Brunch on Sunday and had an absolutely fantastic meal. Sous vide fried chicken with sweet potato waffle and friend egg. Soooooooo good! Plus, with 32 taps, and there own coffee bar, you won't be thirsty! Husband had the North African Shakshuka which had tons of flavor!!

Just discovered Seminole Heights, and Mortar & Pestle was a nice introduction. Open, two story room with waxed concrete floor and rustic, wooden tables and chairs make an airy, casual and clean statement. Specialty coffee and beer seem to be popular, but we ate brunch. Chicken and waffles we're good, and Eggs Benedict with spinach and apple glazed bacon was great. Parking lot in back is wonderful, and needed, given no street parking in the residential neighborhood.

Very cool neighborhood spot. Laid back with some great beers on tap. Something for everyone. They were out of pork so I didn't get to sample some of the menu options but I believe that way intentional to get me to return. Well played and mission accomplished. Until next time.

OMG this shrimp & grits is to die for. And he wanted to lick the bowl of his smoked brisket Benedict. Several times we've been here and it never disappoints. Very good craft beer choices too.
