Empamamas

Located inside of the food hall armature works, this is such a cute spot. We were able to meet the owner and she was very friendly! We got to try the new cheeseburger fries today, and they were absolutely amazing. Cheesy, saucey, hot and just so so yummy. The sauce they put on them is unique, I could definitely see myself buying a whole bottle of it! I’m pregnant and craving cheeseburgers always, this definitely hit the spot. THANK YOU! You have to try these! :) I’ll be back to try the empanadas soon!

We were recently on a quick trip to Tampa- and we ate at all the famous places--- The Columbia, Ulalele, La Segunda Bakery--- and while all were good- I have to say- the empanadas we had at Empamamas were the best meal we had in Tampa by far. One of the best meals out we've had in a long time. My husband and I split a Tampa Girl, a Fresh prince, and a cheeseburger in paradise. They were ALL absolutely delicious and wonderful. Plus the service was great--- I love the cashier who called everyone "my love". Absolutely fantastic and you should go here if you have the chance.

My family and I went downtown Tampa to this area called Armature Works where they have different types of places where you can eat and drink And we found this place called Empamamas And Ali (Who gets 5 s) recommended that I tried the bang bang tenders and fries and I must tell you it was a great choice! It wasn't that spicy and the chicken was juicy and the french fries were seasoned extremely well! The only reason why I gave them four stars is because I felt that the pricing was just a tad bit too high! Overall, Ali was so enthusiastic and had a lot of energy and definitely made up for the high end price! Thank you Ali for the excellent choice and for an awesome experience at this location and because of you, I anxiously look forward to coming back to Empamamas to try something else on your extensive menu!

I'm a lover of meat wrapped in dough, fried or baked so I definitely had to get some empanadas. I ordered the Tampa Girl and Cheese burger. I looked at the ingredients but the combo didn't click at moment. I took a bite into the Tampa Girl and I thought I bit into a juicy Cubano. It was obscenely delicious. It was juicy and cheesy in a flaky wrapper. The cheese burger was on point as well. Definitely try both.
