My wife and I had lunch there this afternoon and for our first time at any Red Robin location we were quite pleased. Our food was cooked to our satisfaction, the appetizer was delicious and the server was attentive. Although there is a Red Robin closer to our home we've never been able to get in due to the enormous dinner crowd they attract. But we will go back. Overall our experience at this location was excellent.
Very nice. I have been to several red robin restaurants. I especially like the Cobb salad. I visited this evening and was quite happy with my server and my food. I will continue to eat here. The server was very helpful I did think that I didn't need three refills but I'm not complaining
It's been almost a year since my last visit to the mall. I guess I usually go when I am Christmas shopping. It seemed overall better this time around.
Happy customer. This Red Robin location has rapidly improved in the last month or two. I have been frequently attending Citrus Park for months now. The food has come out quicker, the staff more caring, and the execution amazing. Five stars and a thumbs up! Continuing to return to this Red Robin!
Red Robin, YUM!. I love Red Robin. Finally they bring one to Tampa. The burgers are always amazing. My personal favorite is the Royal Robin. The spicy one and the whiskey river are also good for a change of pace. The only con I have to say about this location is the service and wait times. I have been to this location about 4 times now and each time the service is just ok, but the wait for the food to come is bordering on the rediculous. last night we waited for 30 minutes to get our food. That wouldn't be so bad if the restaurant was packed. Sadly it wasn't though. We were one of about 6 tables there. Lucky for them, the food outshines the poor service. We will be back again and again.
Very trendy new spot in place of Rice factory at Citrus park. Oh how I miss that sushi! Anyways had a togo the other day, couldn't help but notice staff is very organized and experienced , they were cleaning up the place thoroughly well that means good hygiene standards inside.. The bartender who took our order seemed bored and in a rush to wrap up.. Burger took quite long and didn't do much justice as far as taste goes.. Five guys fo better but well yeah it's okay as a once in a while investment.. The manager seemed to have ignored our table when he came to say Hi to the pretty lady sitting next to ours
Start off.....burgers are $10.00. The menu has a dozen or more burgers fixed up different ways. I got the royal red robin with fried egg on top. Had to try that one....just because. Loved it and plan on going back. Expensive burger but the establishment is nice. Service was good and so was food. All you can eat steak fries.
Boo on Red Robin. I love Red Robin. I have for the past 7 or 8 years. This Red Robin continues to disappoint. The food is always amazing the service is always horrible. Next time I will be getting my food togo!!!
WELCOME TO TAMPA!. We were excited to see this being built at Citrus Park, after finally being able to get the chance to dine in, we absolutely loved it. Great atmosphere, great burgers, and limitless steak fries. Also, the queso and spinach dip were outstanding. Even though its a chain, and very similar to a Chili's meets Fridays kind of restaurant we enjoyed the originality of this location and the wonderful food and service. Definitely recommend.
Really good burgers, great toppings. Only complaint is that they are served in a plastic basket that is too small for the Burger and fries. Come on, $10.00 for a Burger go ahead and put it on a plate.
This is the best experience I’ve had in a place like this in a few years!. I can say their hamburgers are much better than Ford Garage. Very recommended you won’t regret it
This Red Robin is located inside the citrus park mall. Service here is amazing. We got fish and chips and veggie burger here along with iced tea ( sweetend ). Veggie burger is awesome here , we did not like the fish and chips much which when we told our server he happy changed it to veggie burger ( which we requested ). Overall a very nice place to grab a lunch / dinner or drink. They do have a happy hour on weekdays .
We ended up here on a Sunday evening on our way back from the beach. It was close to closing time so it was almost empty. The burgers are delicious. Juicy and savory burgers and the french fries were crispy and seasoned. I didn't know that Red Robin had become a very good burger joint. Must try it again!
I ordered the Scorpion burger, the burger was really good. The staff is friendly and the service was great. I will be coming back to this place.
Family date night at Red Robin. Always fun... Girls had the kids Mac and cheese and the kids corn dog nuggets - kids paper menu comes with crayons. I had the Royal Red Robin Burger and Brooke had the Southwestern Salad. All were hot and delicious.
I ordered my usual Royal Red which is a burger with fried egg on top. They have bottomless fries. Our server was excellent. My mom got upset when she was using the restroom and a guy came in the ladies room. She saw him in the kitchen. She wanted to tell our server. But he was busy and we left.
The burgers are far superior than the fast food burgers. The fries are terrific and unlimited. You will not be hungry when you leave. I have also tried the fish and chips and really enjoyed them. The onion ring tower seems to be very popular and I have had them occasionally.
Red Robin never fails to surprise me! Can't beat the bottomless fries and always new and delicious menu items. Great customer service and awesome decor. They also have upgraded their dedication to takeout and delivery/pickup orders.
The food tasted amazing & the server, Anaihya was helpful, patient & efficient! I ordered the Whiskey River barbecued ribs, steak fries & cole slaw! The ribs were tender & so delicious! I had the option of endless refills of the sides. I ordered a second cole slaw because it was so good. When I finished my meal, Anaihya asked if I would like to order dessert! I had to decline since I was satisfied. I loved my meal & fantastic service. Hope to return in near future.
Stopped in here for lunch after Christmas shopping. It took a few minutes to get seated but service was pretty good, especially considering the time of year. Our burgers were good (I recommend the Royal Red Robin burger) and the server was friendly and attentive. Took off a star because they were out of four different drinks that we tried to order.
