Dunkin'

I try to give this location the benefit of doubt being as the am person always informs me they are alone. Which to me is a big no no! But how are you constantly our of breakfast products? How to you make soggy burnt hashbrowns and give them to me in the bag like this. Avocado toast looks good until you try and take a bite and it's hard as a rock.

I know it’s 2022 and no one wants to work thanks to the leadership we have in office but this place neglects walk ups so don’t try to enter the store and order they will neglect you and their only focus is on dive through. It’s terrible that they are overwhelmed with all these fancy coffee drinks and food items when they are short staff and can’t focus on all their clients. Here is an idea. Remove all the food and fancy drinks until you have enough employees to cater to those people and just serve things that are quicker and can be done while you have less employees at one time.

I have never left a google review before but felt obligated to for this Dunkin location. I pull into the drive though and order a bagel and coffee, was waiting there for about 12 minutes with no other cars either in front or behind me. But that’s not why I’m leaving this review, the bacon egg and cheese bagel looked absolutely disgusting and the coffee had small hairs all over and stuck to the lid and the cup. I am NEVER one to complain but I called up the restaurant after I pulled away and parked. The guy on the phone called me a liar and that what I was saying was impossible. I wasn’t trying to get free food or even a refund (I should have) I’d have absolutely no reason to call and make all of this up. Avoid the Dunkin at 110 E bearss unless you want gross food with questionable looking employees making it
