I could live on their biscuit and wompus monster beer. The food is all good but a little different than you might expect upon ordering. Custom made tables, good music, they make their own beer. What’s not to like?
Not sure how this place has a low rating. I have been multiple times and the food is always fantastic! The service is prompt and courteous, and the drinks (especially the glasglow butcher scotch ale) is delicious. I recommend their wings (juicy and so
tasty) and the smoke or lil smoke, if you have a smaller appetite like mine, are divine. I love the sides that come with the smoke plates: their potato salad and brussel sprouts with bacon. I normally do not like either of those things, but they make them fantastic. I think I like them more than the meat, they are that good, but the meat is pretty delicious too, especially the brisket. Mmmmmm, I feel another visit in my horizon.
First time here and my wife and I were not disappointed. We got fried pickles for an app which were delicious. Good dill flavor with a hint of heat and a nice thick but light batter that was crunchy. Our meals were brisket and burger both awesome. It was definitely the best brisket that I have ever had. You can't fake the time it takes to make meat that tender.the fat melted like bone marrow in your mouth. Burger very juicy and the "fruit leather "was tasty,maybe more novelty than anything but still good. I think the most surprising of all was the sauces. Everything was so good I didn't want to use the sauces but the complimented the entrees nicely. They were full of flavor and unique. I already want to go back tonight for dinner!
