Rocco's

Absolutely loved getting to eat at Rocco's! Definitely a highlight of our South Bend trip. I had the cheese-stuffed ravioli with marinara, and Rocco's red sauce is truly the best I've ever had. The toasted garlic bread was perfectly crispy and soft (and delicious!) all at once. The staff were so nice and made us feel welcome. I wish I could eat here every day! Will 100% stop by next time we are in the area! Thanks for a great meal!

Clearly a following here as the place had a huge waiting list less than 1 hour after opening. After being sat we were greeted immediately by our waitress who was absolutely incredible despite being crazy busy. We got our food fairly quick for a place that had a long wait list to get in. House salad was large for under $4. Pizza is very good but prefer another place in South bend. Pasta was homemade which means if you like aldente this is not the place for you. The bolognese was good, I was hoping for more meat in it and it was on the sweeter side. Meatballs were better than average. Almost have it a four but service and homelike feel made it a 5.

Fun local spot with an old-word Italian feel. Their sauces were delicious and definitely seemed homemade. The pasta dishes overall felt a tad small for the price but they were delicious. The salad was also a bit underwhelming with iceberg lettuce and a small tomato section. From the sound of it, we should have gotten a pizza as that seems to be what they’re known for.
