I used to love this place but of late I receive bad customer service when I visit. On two separate occasions, I purchased a family bundle (burger & fries for 3) during drive-through and at the payment window, I was given only two 1 oz. Honey Mustard Portion Cups (no other condiments). When I informed the staff that the food I purchased was for three, he replied that they give a maximum of two, and as such, I have to pay extra if I want more. He then immediately closes the window and leaves as a signal that he doesn't have to talk to me. (Same staff on the two occasions).
On the second occasion that this happened, I asked again for extra condiments at the order pickup window and I was told they have placed some in the paper bag that contains the food. Unfortunately, this was a lie. To make matters worse, the food I received was very terrible and tasted very old. I have bought burger at this location in the past, kept it for days and it never tasted old, but this time, what I received was very difficult to eat.
It's not a nice thing to write reviews that gives bad images of companies. However, if as a customer, I am being treated rudely as well as given food that's very old to eat after paying for it, then I am left with no choice than to make others aware as well as look for other fast food sellers that will appreciate me as a customer.
Edit/Update: I was the only driver in the drive-through at that moment at around 6:30pm. No queue.

If I could give no stars, I would!! I usually buy vanilla iced coffee from this location every morning on my way to work. The manager that is working morning hours with all these different colors in her hair (she refuses to tell me her name) is always rude!!! I never say anything because I know there is a staffing issue almost anywhere you go, but today I noticed coffee grounds in my iced coffee. So I go in and ask them to remake them. She snatches the iced coffees out of my hands and tells me with attitude that all she has is mocha. So I just got my money back and left. I will never come back to this location again! She must be rude to all her customers because the other customer in line ordering breakfast said she was rude to them too. I always try to be nice to this lady and tell her have a good day and smile, but I don’t receive that same energy back. She should be replaced with someone who would be more appreciative of having a job!

We passed through here on our way to New York. What a bad idea! Can I give zero stars please Google? Look, If you don’t like your job, then quit. Don’t make other people’s days miserable just because you are! The lady working the drive thru was horrible. No customer service. Rude. Closes the window on you. Barely gave me any cream or sugar for a large coffee, no straws for our drinks…. Had to go back around and beg for more ketchup, etc. I was willing to go in and get these things myself, but couldn’t, because the dining room is closed. So I unfortunately had to drive around to deal with the same person. UGH. Terrible!!!

Lady at the first window was nice and gave us enough sauces for the 3 of us. You could tell the buns had sat after thrown into the “toaster” as they were falling apart super easily. The meat was also not that fresh which was kind of a disappointment. The fries and onion also were not fresh or even remotely warm, and also an order of large fries was only half filled. this location use to be so good at orders being correct and fresh. I just can’t see coming back to this specific location. Oh and the lobby is still closed.

I love Hacienda. I realize it is American iced, but I still like them. Service is great. People are nice, place is clean, prices are reasonable.

I came through the drive thru on 5/26/22 around 6:40 a.m. Upon pulling up to the speaker, I was not greeted, the employees didn't know I had pulled up to the speaker. Two employees was having a conversation about quitting the job and how they are doing work that is not their responsibility. Finally they answered and said they are closed. I asked why and they explained they didn't feel like working and refused to take my order. I asked her name twice and she said her name was Peter Pan. I asked for manager and they refused.
They couldn't be more unprofessional and apathetic.
It was absolutely frustrating and unnecessary.

Ordered a double whopper.
paid for a double whopper.
Sure enough when i got home it magically turned into a single whopper.
Was totally had.
Check EVERY ITEM no matter what in your order before you drive away.

Showed up at midnight. The hours of operation on weekends say 1am close. Sat in the drive thru while employees walked in and out of the building. Sat in the drive for 25 minutes with no response. Pulled up to the window to nobody there.
Every other open drive thru was packed so I was relieved to see something reasonable only to find out why they were dead.
Seems like it must be frequently neglectful based on current reviews.
