Quick and Painless!!
I stopped into this Starbucks location during a recent visit to the area. I was staying just up the road at the Springhill Suites Marriot hotel. The location was just down the road and open early which worked for me. I arrived around 5:45 am, and no one was in the store and the drive through wasn't busy at all. I ordered a Bold Red-Eye, with 2 shots of Blonde, a breakfast sandwich, a bottle of water and some snacks. It took less than 10 minutes for everything from my order to receiving it. The staff were happy and cheerful and quite friendly. I would visit this location again if I'm in the area.

I have never left a negative review, let alone any review in my whole life due to my past experiences in food service. That being said this isn’t a bash on the 40 minute drive-thu wait or the overall bad service I experienced. Iv worked jobs where days are just plain busy and you don’t have time for formality’s/kind greetings and you as a worker do not control the amount of business you get in a day so when the wait is 40 minutes I simply pull out my phone and pass the time. The reason I’m so upset is paying for a drink, not the service or the smile at the window but paying $6.37 for a venti sugar cookie frappe and as I’m being handed my drink even the barista is gauging my visual response as she hands me half a cup of liquid whip cream and the dome not being met to the top because that amount of whipped cream would be noticed by a person whose never worked a barista job. Iv never had bad service at this location, iv always loved the workers and enjoyed the drinks but customers are paying for a drink that’s audaciously overpriced because we as consumers love the quality that’s put in return. I was not in the slightest met with this today, I hope this is just an off day because I very much enjoy this location.

my starbucks was made at 10:22 am and it got delivered by ubber eats at 11:15. My Frappuccino was melted by the time it got here. if the driver is taking long to get there than starbucks should remake the drink there is no reason why my drink should be melted. not starbucks fault the driver is taking long but they should still provide better customer service than this.

Very nice people but don't come here if you are in a hurry(usually people getting coffee are in a hurry on there way to work exc..) also check your drinks i had two drinks with curdled milk in it needless to say was very gross... waited in line for 40 min for curdled drinks so yeaaaaa not very pleased with this location.

I was having a really bad morning. Everywhere I went to get my morning breakfast and drink were out of the stuff I wanted. It was frustrating and I’ve been down and working myself to death and I just wanted what I wanted. Starbucks was the fourth place I went this morning. Not only did they have what I wanted, but whoever took my order, I mentioned to them that I was having a bad morning, and that person was really kind and gave me a note stating I hope your day gets better! It really meant a lot to me because there’s not a lot of kindness in the world anymore. I would like the person to know that they really made my day and I really appreciated it . You guys really have some good people working for you. Thanks again!

I know my complaint may be petty but, I'm third trimester pregnant. Service was great but, my drink was less to be desired. I feel like I paid for an overpriced cup of ice. I ordered a large pink drink. All the other three refreshers made before mine did not have nearly the amount of ice that mine did. I never get to enjoy Starbucks so I was incredibly excited to get a moment to enjoy an expensive (to me) beverage.
