For context I am not a big Ethiopian expert, only had it a couple times but this was the best I've had so far. We ordered the deluxe veggie platter and the Assa Goulash. The veggie platter had a lot of good variety, my favorite being the beets, really good texture and flavor compared to the others one I've had. The veggie platter is perfect for two people and we finished it all, they also offer extra rolls if needed. The fish with the sauce was very good as well, pretty spicy and lots of fish pieces.

Absolutely a must stop in Seattle! A wonderful variety of cooked vegetables, legumes, and meats all served with incredible house made injera. Each offering is so flavorful on their own while paired so well with each other. The coffee ceremony is a must have!!! So beautiful and the incense is so calming and comforting. Highly recommended for foodies, friends, and families alike!

Food was excellent. We ordered the meat platter and it was enough to share among 3 people comfortably. I loved the atmosphere and service. I love the fact their meat is Halal. I hope they get bigger tables though. It felt a bit cramped up.

Delish is such a fitting name for this place! Talk about wonderful food, generous portions and a quaint atmosphere that vibrates with flavor. Combo platter WITH MEAT AND CHEESE is the only way to go in my opinion, but surly all their offerings will suffice. It's in the hood, so that's not good, but do what you can to get in there and find out why they get such high marks in a city teeming with Ethiopian offerings. ***It should be noted that most amazing food in Seattle is now is some sort of hood area, haha, but this hood is OG. Don't be scared. It's SO WORTH IT!!!

It's a small place but they have done a decent job with whatever little space they have. I came with a large group with many people trying Ethiopian for the first time. So we felt a bit cluttered with space but that can be overlooked if you are a small group. Tried different recipes - loved the Shiro Wat. It's a vegetarian recipe made with red lentils. On the other hand the Diro wat was rather okayish. Injeera was really delicious. We also tried their cappuccino which were made with Ethiopian beans - totally loved it.

We had the Delish combo, Awaze Tibs, and Doro Wot. The Awaze Tibs beef cube are really tender and juicy. And Doro Wot slow-cooked chicken is great as well. We love the vibe and decorations.

Had an incredible experience at Delish. The owner of the restaurant was exceedingly hospitable and kind, offering us interesting information about the restaurant’s origin, the neighborhood, the food, and Ethiopian culture. The food was exceptional as well, coming out quickly, presented beautifully and tasted amazing and perfectly spiced. I cannot wait to come back to Delish.

I did a lot of "research" online to find the "best" Ethiopian restaurant in town, and then settled on Delish. And this must be one of the few times where I was satisfied with my decision. First of all shout out to them for holding our table on a busy Saturday afternoon even though we were late. Loved the ambience and the pleasant attitude of the hosts. Vegetarian and tasty are usually a rare combination to come across, but their Veg platter knocks it out of the park. I thought I will have to order one more Injera, but their serving was so filling I didn't have to:). Now coming to the Coffee - I swear by the South Indian Filter Coffee, but the Ethiopian version was so good, I had 3 cups! Add to that the ceremonial feel with the colorful cups and incense. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in trying out Ethiopian cuisine. It was totally worth the drive.

Amazing service! Beautiful design choice and lovely hosts. The first time I had Ethiopian food was with my friend Sam who is featured in these pictures. He flew all the way from Brazil and has been in America for 5 years. We both loved this place! Brought a huge party of people and the piece point for the quality of food was literally amazing. Time at about 6:30pm there wasn't much of a wait for a huge party and I'd honestly go back there again! Thank you for the meal. Only thing I hope for is Sambusa

Thus is one if the BEST Ethiopian restaurants in the Seattle area, and,I have tried about a half dozen so far. The kitfo was perfect. I absolutely LOVE kitfo -- and the only way to enjoy it is raw, IMHO. But we also ordered the vegetarian combo, and the variety and flavors were delightful. They had, unfortunately, run out of the traditional Ethiopian honey wine, but they had other suitable options. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely return!
