Delish Ethiopian Cuisine - Seattle - Photo album

For context I am not a big Ethiopian expert, only had it a couple times but this was the best I've had so far. We ordered the deluxe veggie platter and the Assa Goulash. The veggie platter had a lot of good variety, my favorite being the beets, really good texture and flavor compared to the others
Absolutely a must stop in Seattle! A wonderful variety of cooked vegetables, legumes, and meats all served with incredible house made injera. Each offering is so flavorful on their own while paired so well with each other. The coffee ceremony is a must have!!! So beautiful and the incense is so calm
Food was excellent. We ordered the meat platter and it was enough to share among 3 people comfortably. I loved the atmosphere and service. I love the fact their meat is Halal. I hope they get bigger tables though. It felt a bit cramped up.
Delish is such a fitting name for this place! Talk about wonderful food, generous portions and a quaint atmosphere that vibrates with flavor. Combo platter WITH MEAT AND CHEESE is the only way to go in my opinion, but surly all their offerings will suffice. It's in the hood, so that's not good, but

I did a lot of "research" online to find the "best" Ethiopian restaurant in town, and then settled on Delish. And this must be one of the few times where I was satisfied with my decision. First of all shout out to them for holding our table on a busy Saturday afternoon even though we were late. Lo
Amazing service! Beautiful design choice and lovely hosts. The first time I had Ethiopian food was with my friend Sam who is featured in these pictures. He flew all the way from Brazil and has been in America for 5 years. We both loved this place! Brought a huge party of people and the piece point f
Thus is one if the BEST Ethiopian restaurants in the Seattle area, and,I have tried about a half dozen so far. The kitfo was perfect. I absolutely LOVE kitfo -- and the only way to enjoy it is raw, IMHO. But we also ordered the vegetarian combo, and the variety and flavors were delightful. They had,
