Smack me in the face and call me flavor!!!
What!!! What!!!
Seriously moaned throughout the whole Bowl O’ Shame. It has serious depth of flavor mixed with texture and little joy bombs that send your mouth into a very happy place.
No place to sit but I would/will come back and eat it on the sidewalk if I need to.
Stop what you are doing, grab some antacids and go. Now. Seriously go.
Staff is amazing also. So friendly and put up with all of my questions.
Best wings I’ve had from a restaurant. They were so crispy but not overly breaded. I detest fried chicken because there is always so much bread but this was just perfect. I loved the flavor, I got the ones with honey mustard and my spouse got the spicy garlic and I tried both and loved them. I usually avoid getting wings because they are usually way overpriced but the price was good for the portion sizes. Wound up having to eat the tater tots cold because we were so full from the chicken but those were still good as well.
Ordered delivery on ‘taco Tuesday’. Really enjoyed the tacos! The biscuits with hot honey were quite tasty. The kimchi Mac and cheese was a little too mushy for my taste but it could have been due to the time to get delivered. All items were taste explosions and obviously the chicken is the star of the show.
The menu is like nothing I’ve ever seen, how was I supposed to choose? … unique fried chicken flavors. Staff super nice. The fry on the chicken tenders was spot on OMG. My tenders were dressed with Fish Sauce Caramel and maybe a little too lightly. I used the spiced honey that came with my son’s biscuit and that gave it more flavor. We also got the salt and vinegar wings ((pleasingly dry sticky skin and maybe not salty enough)) and the jalapeño cheddar chicken which was … a revelation XD like taking fried chicken and rolling it in the powder that comes with boxed Mac and cheese. Cole slaw not so great, too sweet it didn’t balance the heavy chicken. I give this place five stars bc I think it should be experienced, and even if the food was short of perfect I love the concept!
Found this place by accident while in the area on a spontaneous “staycation.” Hole in the walls never get their fair credit but this place is super slept on. Not much in the way of seating but the waiting area displays local events and a fierce playlist ranging from hipster hop to remixed top 40 hits. Wait time was reasonable especially for the food we received. Perfectly fried chunks of chicken, mouth watering dipping sauces, perfectly buttered biscuits and the spiced honey was out of this world. The sauces I could go on and on about, they were so good. Even took a few of each home they were that good. Only downside is the lack of seating which I’m sure hasn’t always been the case, which is totally fine. We’ll be back regardless!!!
Best fried Chicken I've had around Seattle!!!! I meant it!! You will never regards to come down to try it of you are a fried chicken lover. The skin is incredibly crispy. Inside the skin is unbelievable juicy and tasty. Heaven Sent is also crispy and juicy inside, but the juicy white is not that tasty. Bok a Bok have done the amazing job keep flavor and juice inside the crispy skin. You can also order their sauces for chicken dipping. Anyway, bok a Bok is always my best fried chicken in my opinion.
Bok a Bok has been our go-to take out restaurant during the pandemic! Their fried chicken is the perfect blend of seasoning and crunchy exterior. It’s great paired with the kimchi Mac and cheese. Reasonably priced and delicious - I would highly recommend!
The food here is always amazing and is made with great consistency every time. The service is usually great as well however, I say usually because for one time I did encounter this boy behind the counter and he just seemed really… well, slow. He had trouble listening to what I was saying and in the end he didn’t get my order right. He needed up making me pay extra for a sauce that I didn’t ask for as well as not putting in utensils as requested. He also had this rude tone whenever I tried to correct him as if I said something wrong in the first place. But other than that the usual service is very attentive and very welcoming.
Great for fried chicken cravings. I like the recipe, more Asian style I guess. This also eems to be a little less greasy than KFC or Ezells. I liked the different sauces. The tacos were good, although not my favorite tacos.
Good quality fast food overall. Good and quick service.
The Korean fried chicken here bests what you can get at Federal Way. It's juicy, crispy, and the sauces make it flavorful. I wish they'd toss the chicken in sauce, but dipping gives more variety. The slaw is a good compliment with the ginger providing a cleaner palate cleanser. The service here is also friendly and the environment is clean. Like most places in White Center, you'll have to find street parking (free)
