I can’t order from this location with the app.
Spend 5-10 minutes creating an order: error message.
The next step? Reach a call center to repeat those steps (this time don’t forget to memorize the coupons and details).
At the end of that process? Be told the store is actually not accepting orders until tomorrow.
This and other variations of this story (store takes phone orders only with no listed number; store is experiencing problems, “we have no idea why, can you please repeat the last 15 minutes?”) and i have still not once been able to place a delivery order in the past 8 months.
I managed a carryout order twice, as a backup, but the in-store experience has been pretty clumsy.
This is too consistent to be a fluke. Gotta finally abandon my loyalty to the (usually amazing) online order king and find other options.

I ordered online and called in to ask for a specific request, (mozzarella cheese only!! ) the young man tells me it’s not an option and my order was already made(lying ) because I went in and still had to wait for me order bad customer service and then hung up on me previously . I spend my hard earned money with dominos all the time , this is my first time not being satisfied in all my years of being a domino’s fan I wasn’t pleased at all 🗣🗣

The staff is good. Pleasant and working hard. I have to ask myself, why did you order dominoes? It's always such garbage.

Just terrible. Have ordered from here for 14 years and this is the worst. Theyre always staffed but but wont actually try to make anything these days. The pizza i just received resembled cardboard but when i call the store they hang up. Youre better off making pizza on french bread. Dont waste money here.

Ordered delivery and it never arrived though the app designated that it had been. Tried calling and the number just disconnected or maybe they were hanging up? Who knows. Drove to the store and there was no explanation. My money was refunded but no action taken to reimburse for the inconveniences. Will not order Domino’s for a very long time if ever again.
