I needed a Washington Post for my workplace and was having the hardest time finding it in Seattle. Although Bulldog News doesn't carry it, they went completely out of there way to help provide me with a copy and didn't stop until I had two copies of the paper. The customer service here is exceptional, the people are kind and positive and the product selection is fantastic. One of the last good newsstands in the city - what a treat. Definitely will return and highly recommend.
Nice almond croissant with reasonable price 4.35. Inside the croissant, there is a source(?) that I can fully enjoy the croissant.
I will investigate more within near future, and will review consequently.

A unique cafe with books, socializing space and great coffee. Seating both inside and on the curb is great. We had the Con Panna, which was great - Espresso with whipped cream on top.

I think the biggest compliment I can give to this cafe is that it has been a month since I visited and I am still thinking of the lavender white mocha that I ordered. It was a windy, chilly day and the coffee really warmed me up. It was sweet and warm. If you’re ever nearby, I definitely recommend their lavender white mocha - and I’m sure their other drinks are great too!

Great atmosphere, magazines, college vibe. Drip coffee was pretty good, chocolate croissant was top.

The last great place to buy a hard copy magazine and sit down to read it with a coffee or a lemonade. Place is set up a bit like a library where the magazines are stacked up the walls...informative and decor at the same time. Lemonade is from fresh squeezed lemons; I asked and got a lemonade with half the pumps of simple syrup which is the way I like it. Good introvert vibes all around!
Decent little sidewalk coffee shop but best of all is the selection of periodicals. One of the few places I can get Juxtapoz & Hi Fructose. Lots of poetry zines. Something for everyone.
