Sonic Drive-in

Ordered 2 sodas using the app, checked in upon arrival. Waited forever, and when we finally got our drinks, the carhop said there was no ice and walked away. We got hot drinks on a hot summer day! Why waste our time like that? We weren’t going to wait forever again for a refund and left extremely upset and disappointed and wasted time and money. They should’ve been up front and told us upon arrival there was no ice. We wouldn’t have gotten drinks from there had we known. Terrible service!

I’ve given up on this location. Ordered 2 sonic blasts. Pay extra for extra cookie dough and hot fudge in one, and extra Reese’s peanut butter & hot fudge in the other. I get brought out 2 cookie doughs, and a bad attitude from the car hop. I press the red button, and tell them it’s the wrong order, she comes to get the receipt “so it’s correct” and says she will make it right. Brings me a Reese’s, still no fudge. Very similar thing happened 2 weeks ago, same location. The location on 1103 isn’t any better. If you’re looking for a local sonic that doesn’t treat you like you’re bothering them while doing their job, and gets your order correct, I’d suggest the location on 35/3009 or 1103/CVD.

You probably know I have slowed in my visits. Although Sonic makes in my opinion the best Jalapeno cheese burger on the planet but they used to make them like the pictures they advertise and even though I still love them I have started giving my business because they care what there product looks like to the customer. Ever since Sonic started making the app orders there priority the waiting time for those of us who who prefer the drive in method are suffering wait time and very sloppy results. In my case a super Sonic double cheese jalapeno burger with nothing centered on the bun even the meat is not centered the same and so lettuce and jalapenos they're all falling off being squished out because the meat is not placed properly and the melted cheese just makes the meat squish out from under the bun most of the time in two different directions one for each piece of meat anyways it makes it a sloppy mess to eat and with the waiting time it takes to get someone on the box there is nothing less enjoyable that's why I now go to Subway and have my sandwiches made my way instead of a cook that is overworked.

Horrible wait time and the staff seemed too busy or understaffed provide us with two blasts and one slushie in a timely manner. After waiting over 15 mins I pressed the service button again and did not get a response. After walking to the front and asking the staff for a timeline no one was able to give me one and seemed unable to stop to talk to me for one second. Waitresses seemed nice but seemed overwhelmed and Supe should have been there to provide answers. I will NOT be going to this spot again.👎
