Disappointed with this location. It really seemed like the “regulars” they know by name we’re getting great service while the rest of us were ignored. They forgot several things in my order so I had to make trips back to the counter to remind them. I guess that’s what only $11 an hour will get you though.

Drive thru is decieving. There were 2 cars in front of us but you are asked to pull around the building and whoaaaa, another line to wait in. Took 20 minutes to get 2 blizzards, a bit long but we were also still stuck behind other cars in line. Sent them back and ended up asking for a refund. The "manager" was rude and unapologetic. Too bad, this was a great opportunity to teach customer service skills to the young employees trying to fulfill orders.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. This is one of those “if there was a way to give no stars I would”. New to the area so this is not our usual location. Came here a few weeks ago and after waiting 20 minutes for 2 blizzards, they were sooo watery nothing was firm besides the large clusters of chocolate. Today I decided to give it another chance because I love DQ. But I just might never step foot at this location. After 15 minutes my one banana split was also water and seemed like it was just slapped together. In a few seconds. The lobby was full but not of happy customers eating, more of hangry unsatisfied waiting customers. We even witness people coming in with problems from their orders.

If you order a dipped cone get a cup to go with it because as soon as you exit the driveway it will no longer be a soft serve frozen dessert, nay a mere puddle of artificial dessert liquid oozing out of every surface of the cone. glad I paid $8 for 3 of them Never again, go support a local creamery that knows what theyre doing and take pride in it

Absolutely, POSITIVELY *THE WORST* DQ that I've ever been to! The manager was SUPER cantankerous, unhelpful, & questioned me for questioning my order! The lady before me asked for a whole 2 spoons & was chewed out for doing so. The young girl put on the register was all but clueless in regards to most ANYTHING going on. Just avoid this place, at all costs, if you can.
