Sad day for our local Taco Cabana. I can honestly say our family is so grossed out we won’t be back. The entire place is sticky and absolutely filthy. On top of that, as if it’s not enough, there is a weird gross smell too.

We planned on eating inside, but this restaurant smelled so funky when you walked in. It was so unappetizing, we decided to take it to go. More concerning, not one customer was inside, yet no one came to the register to take our order. After awhile of waiting for one of the employees that we saw walk by and said not one word or offer to assist, my son finally asked the next employee he saw, if anyone was available to take our order. The guy looks back toward the kitchen and I guess there was no one, so he starts taking our order looking like his night was ruined having to do so (black, avg height, working around 9pm). There was definitely no apology for leaving us waiting. Oh and he's the one making our order, but now I hesitate to eat the food because the WHOLE time I was waiting for it to be ready, he kept frequently looking back at me. Why would he keep looking over his shoulder when I'm not asking him anything, just waiting?

I tried several different breakfast tacos. They were great on the fresh flour tortillas. I've always loved the bean & cheese. We started eating at the original location.

Poor management of worker shortage and customer flow. Seen it a million times, close the dining room ...stack the drive up, hide inside. It's apparent they can't handle online orders and drive thru....even with a closed dining room. Even if the food is ok, the wait was awful. Must have had ten vehicles turn around in frustration. How much money you all losing ? Not coming back until they fix the management. Workers are only as good as their leadership inspires them to be.

I'm giving a one star because leaving only a review wasn't an option.
This location gets "zero stars from me".
Husband and I visited tonight at 945pm. When I got to the drive thru there was one vehicle ahead of me and I was told to wait. The person in front of me received their order and drove off. We waited a few minutes, but after seeing the young male leave the window, we assumed he had forgotten about us. It was 9:50pm by this time so we drove to the window to place an order. Instead, we were motioned to keep going as he shook his head.
The least this person could've done was open the window and kindly tell us that they were closed, better yet, turn off all drive thru lights.

I came here to do an uber eats delivery. The staff couldn't even figure whose order was whose when their were maybe 4 customers here including my pickup. They are clearly understaffed. I would only come here for dine at your own risk. Pick up will be confusing If they don't get their organization better. Also the staff were rude to me. I was just trying to make an extra buck. The elderly couple were ignored when asking about their order. Don't go here. It's a joke compared to all other taco cabanas I've been too. I'm sorry for the 1 star but that's all you are getting due to everything I said above and also the fact that staff straight up ignored and elderly couple while they weren't even busy at all. I wish I could give zero stars. FIX YOUR ISSUES OR HIRE SOME STAFF THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK THERE.
