We traveled about 25 miles to go get that waffle cone and it was soooo worth it. I had sea salt caramel and honestly it's the BEST cone I've ever had. The staff was friendly and very efficient. Will go back again and again....thank you !
I've been to Kilwin's around the country and they always provide good service and delicious product. I highly recommend you go and try out their fudge and ice cream and chocolates also.
There are two kilwins ice cream shops right here, I recommend the smaller shop without the fudge! The staff was so much friendlier, there was heavy foot traffic/customers at both places but these queens got me and my hot kids in and out! :)
My only concern is their working conditions are MUCH less nice here. The bigger one has a/c and quite frankly I don't mean to be "this person" but the bigger shop with ac had all white staff while the smaller was all brown skinned women working in what I would consider HARSH heat conditions. I really hope that isn't on purpose. Those ladies were much friendlier, professional, fast and lovely overall.
Oh my!!! ice cream , chocolate, fudge, marzipan etc. We went back several times. Great treats cute fun place, very nice friendly staff and of course top quality
Literally the best ice cream i have ever had. The fudge and chocolates looked amazing although I just had pumpkin and fresh strawberry ice cream. The next day I went back to have toasted coconut and peanut butter and chocolate. Yummmmm
The fudge tasted fresh and delicious.
The ice cream was light, creamy, and just the right sweetness.
Staff are very friendly and you can even see them working on some of the confections. A must stop for anybody with a sweet tooth or love of ice cream.
I liked that they were open until 11pm you never know when you might need a fudge or ice cream fix. Always delicious fudge. Conveniently located in the downtown shopping district.
1 scoop cake cone & a half piece of fudge was $12.00 though.. so bring your purse!
Kilwin’s Chocolates.. what can I say in the heart of saugatuck unbelievably delicious the variety of ice creams. They also have sorbets along with, of course all the delectable treats and caramel apples, popcorn, better get to Saugatuck.
Daily treat your afternoon walk or your weekend stop always make sure to stop by and check out all of the selection of flavors. Absolutely delicious with fantastic customer service there to get you your every need especially the caramel apples boy oh boy, so good bring the family have a good time share a treat and just enjoy the perfect Day at Kilwins chocolates .

Oh yeah, how can yo go wrong with simply just amazing ice cream and fudge no madder which one you go to. Call me bias but ever since I’ve been little this place has been incredible special no just because of its sentimental value to me, b it also because of the great everlasting quality no madder the year or state. All in all if you can get thru a bit of a line you can enjoy truly great and friendly staff and is amazing ice cream or if your not up for that, some nice fudge.
Nice Icecream Store in Saugatuck
On Labor Day we strolled through the beautiful Saugatuck city center and came by Kilwin’s Chocolates. It’s an amazing Icecream and Fudge place where you can not only enjoy awesome sweets but also watch the staff preparing them. While we were there we saw people working on fudge and baking icecream cones.
The icecream selection is amazing and everyone will find something for their taste buds. We will be back for the fudge.
You can smell the waffle cones from the street! You have to stop here if you're visiting this adorable town. Everything we had was great! Ice cream, almonds, taffy, caramel apples, and the waffle cones.
So delicious and adorable inside. Only con is it’s pricey - $10 for Carmel apple with chocolate drizzle.
