A group of us tried Marro's for the first time last night. We were blown away by how quaint our experience was. The staff was friendly and warm. The restaurant was very clean and cosy. We got a table right away on a busy Saturday night. The food was excellent. Our waiter was wonderful. I will definitely go back very soon. It's worth the drive up from Indiana.
Marro's was not the restaurant we set out for, but boy were we lucky the food is excellent. I had rhe linguine with clams, mussels appetizer. My friend had the lasagna which was amazing and the cheese cake to polish off a fine dinner. I highly recommend
We wanted pizza and this was the place we chose but when we saw the menu, it was hard to stick with the pizzas. The ambiance was perfect for an Italian restaurant and there were so many choices. The garlic knots are not what you would expect but get them!!! They are worth it! The salad was great and the mojitos were out of this world. We had a wonderful waitress, Markie, who just made the dinner even more fun. And to top it off, they had live piano music. Seems like a high end restaurant but you don't have to dress up.
We went here at the last minute after trying to go to another Italian spot in South Haven. I’m really glad we ended up here! The restaurant is really big so there was a lot of room to seat people- we didn’t have to wait when we arrived around 7:30. Jared was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Portions are slightly on the small side for the price, but the food tastes amazing! Great place for a special occasion!
Marros is almost always on point. Vary vary rarely over the course of the 40 years or ordering here have I had a bad pie and if it was off the owners are great at accommodation for it. Its definitely in the top 5 pizzas in the state that my wife and I have eaten.
A medium house special along with a large pepperoni with the garlic rolls is sure to please your family. Rarely a leftover and if their is it's a debate whether it's just as good cold the next am for breakfast.
Amazing food and experience.
Garlic bread recommended.
Took my wife here on a date night.
A short wait to be seated, but the wait was well worth it! Drinks were delicious and the food was prepared very well. Staff seemed very busy, but service was still great. The Fettuccine and Chicken Parm were our choices tonight, but will hopefully be back soon to try more!
Great food, and atmosphere... We loved the place. Funny story is that on the flight into Saugatuck the owner Frank recommended the place to my wife without her knowing who he was. Glad he did, we would definitely go again.
Thanks Frank!
