Nellie's catered our wedding! Not only was the food delicious but the service was outstanding. We hired them to do everything. They did the set up, they did the tare down, they made sure my new husband and I knew what was happening and when it was happening. Honestly I was worried and stressed about the wedding until I hired Nellies Terry set my mind at ease. The day of the wedding I had no worries at all. I spent time getting ready with my girls. I got to the ceremony to find it perfectly decorated, the tables were set just as we discussed for dinner. It was a perfect night made stress free by the wonderful Terry. I would hire them all over again and I tell everyone I know how wonderful my wedding day was because of them!
Staff is very friendly, food is always fresh. They have great options for sandwiches on the board or you can make your own. I love the Turkey Vermont and Hubs enjoys the corned beef Reubens. Portions are generous and the dill pickles are a nice touch.
We can't thank Fredda, Craig, Ashlee, Kathy and the entire Nellie's team for making our day so perfect. The day ran exactly as planned, Nellie's helps with more than just delicious food. The catering team helps with everything from the timeline, to rentals and decor, to seating arrangements, exceptional servers and bartenders, and making the day flow exactly as planned. The food was delicious, we got so many compliments and even had people asking for seconds, Craig was able to work with us on creating a custom menu for a very picky crowd. Thank you Nellie's for making our day exactly what we wanted!
Really good deli style sandwiches and soups. Incredibly friendly staff. A little pricier than I expected but was worth it. Only real issue we had is they didn't have sweetened tea, only unsweetened. I know it's a New York style deli, but this is the South and we like sweet tea, lol. I would recommend it for casual eating or just to go and hang out. Seemed like a lot of regulars go there people knew each h others names and the staff knew them.
Recently stopped in and ordered a tuna fish sandwich on toasted sourdough. That is exactly what I got. No lettuce, no tomato, the bread wasn't cut in half. I wasn't asked any questions other than about the bread. This cost around $9. Very strange. Not sure if this is how tuna fish sandwiches are typically eaten.
Closest corned beef sandwich to a real NY deli in this area. Pile a little more meat on would really make it great!
Great sandwich. They need a better system up front to order as it's just a long random line. The people working are doing their best
I still miss the old location on Beneva, but I still like their food. They have great matza ball soup, and a corned beef Reuben. I rarely eat meat, but when I do, the Reuben is def a favorite (minus the sauce.)
For my 80th birthday I wanted a big party, since I had never had a birthday party. We ended up booking with Nellie’s as a last resort, as we were too late to get any place else. well, what a great surprise! Wonderful, helpful staff, great food, full bar service, and the physical transformation of the place was remarkable. We had four food stations, one of which was hosted by the chef, serving paella put together on the spot with each person’s choice of seafood. Our event coordinator made sure that all aspects ran perfectly, as if it was a party for her mom. I will never forget that night.

If I could give 6 six stars to Nellie's Deli Market & Catering I absolutely would! They exceeded my expectations in every way. Communication was exceptional to ensure my son's graduation party was personalized to our liking. The staff was fantastic! Shout out to Terri who we worked with from the start! Guests raved about the delicious food. From start to finish their professionalism was top notch.
