Wow! This place is truly spectacular. Some of the best food I've ever had at a restaurant and the staff matches the caliber of the food. Hostesses, waitress and management are all a cut above. I live almost 2 hours away from this place and I will go out of my way to come back.
We have made Shore Restaurant a "must stop for lunch"!
Although we lunch there several times a year, we also designate it as our special stop for meeting a very dear friend, annually.
The menu is very interesting and we need extra time to decide on our selections..
I also like that the menu is changed often...for instance a favorite in the past was the cauliflower steak with quinoa and raison sauce and now they offer a spiced cauliflower head over pesto and goat cheese puree with chopped hazelnuts. So good I can't say which I love more...!!!
Keep it up....I'll never go to another restaurant!
BTW...the staff is very well trained...polite, efficient and just so friendly...!!!
We ordered the roasted beet and goat cheese salad, the meatloaf, grilled snapper, shrimp/scallops with lemon risotto, fried chicken, and for the grandkids, they had the ribs and sliders. The salad needed more goat cheese but it was a challenge to get any additional. The goat cheese was wrapped in pistachios and was very good but it just needed more of it. There were way too many beets and disproportional to the cheese. The meatloaf was very different to anything we have had before but quite flavorful. Every so often we got the flavor of something spicy. It was a large portion and a great presentation! The fried chicken was cooked perfectly. The shrimp and scallops were okay to good. I didn’t get a lot of flavor from them but the lemon risotto was good. The snapper was on the dry side and was just “okay.” The kids food was okay as well. The service was good. I recommend the restaurant and we will return.

Shore is a must stop shop and dine. Love their clothing and we love to eat/drink upstairs. Maybe shop first before having cocktails ;-). Food is always fresh and so good. Cocktail options are amazingly crafted and very unique in their own way. The LOBSTER, SHRIMP & CRAB COBB SALAD is just WOW....if you enjoy seafood GET THIS! My wife and I now split it as it is HUGE! I am also obsessed with their truffle fries which is always a nice side. Bee Keeper cocktail is my favorite "dessert" cocktail to enjoy after dinner and I love their old fashioneds as they have a very good bourbon/rye selection. Awesome outdoor or indoor seating, just make your way up the stairs before walking into the retail store or take the elevator if you are in need of some assistance. Try this place, you'll thank me :-)
Dining out should be a treat for the senses, and Shore delivered a top notch experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet lively, and we did not have to shout to eachother to be heard. Service was impeccable and the food’s taste and presentation were superb.
Good food, ambiance and location. Server was attentive and checked in often. Burger had hardly any jam and could have used more flavor. Espresso tart was okay but could have been better. Ceviche and guacamole with chips was good but ceviche was watery and lacking flavor.
This place was absolutely amazing!! We started with the calamari and it sure did not disappoint. It came in a salad style and it was absolutely delicious. The misses got the shrimp and scallops which was a good portion and very tasty. I got the grouper and boy what a treat it was.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the service, timing of food coming out, quality of the food and just everything!! I will definitely be back to this place. A+++++
We frequent the the LBK by boat often and this time we visited Shore St. Armands. The Key Lime Draft beer was amazing, the spicy Margarita was delicious and the food oh my!
Shore never disappoints! Very consistent. Our waitress was very nice, very knowledgeable about the menu made recommendations and was very attentive.
We sat outside on the balcony overlooking the street and people watched as we sat enjoyed ourselves.
We will definitely be back as well as look forward to our Shore boat visits at the LBK location.
Only a block away from all the other restaurants and shops you can find the best fried chicken, ever. There are some meals I will never forget from some of the places I've reviewed, and this one is one of them, but it is not the fried chicken, it was the kung pao calamari appetizer. I don't know why other places don't serve this popular appetizer in this manner... think of perfectly fried fresh calamari, the kung pao sauce with peanuts, etc., all mixed on a bed of fresh mix of greens, including micro greens. All of the other dishes were also delicious. The lobster and crab cobb salad was nicely presented, the salmon dish was excellent, and the beet salad was praised as well.
This is my go to for visiting guests and whenever I desire 💯 spot on food and service. Their location on St. Armand is so much better than the other on LBK. Highly suggest the Black Grouper with sticky rice and the Scallop Risotto.
So glad that I didn’t let a few negative reviews influence my decision to try this restaurant. A day later and I’m still thinking about the delicious shrimp & scallops with lemon risotto that I devoured. My husband had the halibut special and it was incredible! The calamari appetizer and the shrimp ceviche, I could eat again and again. Everything else had been so delicious that we couldn’t say no to dessert and ended with a perfect slice of key lime pie. From the sweet hostesses who were very accommodating and moved our reservation inside, to the server who patiently kept up with a big party, our overall experience: a chef’s kiss!
Lovely dinner here on the outside patio. Food was pretty good. Only knock is that we got the mussels which came with two of the smallest slices of bread - for 4 people. We asked for more bread and got another 2 baby slices. The Thai sauce was so good we recommend giving some more bread to slop it up! Big shout out to Caleb our server - absolutely wonderful. Special shout-out to the Brussels and key lime pie.
