Stottlemyer's Smokehouse

We went to celebrate our company's New Year's Eve lunch and we were not wrong in choosing this restaurant. Nikki our waitress was lovely and very friendly. Excellent service, fast and delicious. Thanks Nikki, we will continue to choose this restaurant for our future meetings. There were 16 of us and when we arrived the table was ready.

It's one of my favorite BBQ places, I drove an hour just to come here. Always has amazing food, service, atmosphere, and corn bread. I got the pretzel trio, killer combo. Mac and cheese is to die for here. Even if you don't eat meat, you have to get the Mac and Cheese!! Had enough to take home and have 1 more meal and a snack. Pretzel was great when it came out fresh, but not the best reheated, in my opinion. The meat is so juicy and tender, and it goes great with their BBQ sauce. They only have two sauces, OG and Spicy, but they taste great. THE CORN BREAD IS THE BEST! Must come here, even if it's an hour away, maybe even 2.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. was due to the VERY rude manager, Monica. My face-to-face interaction was nothing short of extreme unprofessionalism. I overheard she and another server complaining about our requesting, and having Nicki be our server. I specifically requested Nicki, because our party has previously had wonderful experiences with her. She is nice, efficient, knowledgeable and always makes sure we are well taken care of. As usual, the food was great. However, if I weren’t with a group and on limited time, I would have walked out and eaten elsewhere. With the immediate negative attitude I received from your manager, I wonder how many other patrons she’s behaved that way to, but didn’t speak up. That’s not a good representation of a great place.

Lets start with the awesome music and atmosphere!!! The live music is so great. So much fun. The food was terrible!!!! Everything was bad...the BBQ plane, no flavor at all, onion rings the worst, supper soggy. The french friew was the only item that was actually good. Wings were dry. the service was ok. If you go...get fries and beers and enjoy the music.

This place is awesome! Went with a party of 16 and they did not miss a beat! We were seated right away, the food came out extremely fast, never had an empty drink! Nicki was our server, she did amazing. I believe the manager was also working with her, he was so tentative! Highly recommend. The food was great too!

We had lunch with out of town friends at Stottlemeyer's and had an amazing experience! The manager, Vaughn, was very entertaining. Our server was Nicki. She was fast, efficient and cordial. Everyone in our party loved the food, hospitality and atmosphere of the restaurant. We'll be back and recommend you eat there as well.

The ambiance of this place is supreme! Large tiki type venue, casual atmosphere, lots of covered seating, and some ‘open air.’ Fairly large bar, good-sized dance floor, variety of live music. Staff is super friendly. I arranged a surprise party a number of years ago and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating! I’m not a big fan of BBQ, but those who are say theirs is delicious. My burger was overdone, but they’re known for the BBQ, so my bad for not ordering it rare. I did sample a slice of a friend’s pizza awhile back and it was pretty tasty!
