We haven't dined here in years and we should more often. I cook at home a lot and don't use a ton of salt. We love the fact that Johnny Rockets is the same way!!! Great food, great decor, and of course great music!! Keep doing what you're doing. Thank you for such a great experience. I wish the jukeboxes at the tables still worked. Oh, I also LOVE the fact that they have coat hooks at the booths!! Amazing!!

Johnny Rockets never fails to amaze. We ordered their burgers (one custom and the other their spicy burger [forgot name]) and a cookies and cream milkshake. The milkshake came with leftovers that were left into a silver shaker. I was also impressed with how fast the food came after we ordered and the attention of the waiter. Definitely will go back again when I'm around this side of town!

Food and shakes were great; amazing onion rings. Service was good. Not too busy, which allowed us seating, ordering and receiving our food quickly. Nothing outatanding, but good for a quick old-style burger and milk shake. LOVE the chocolate-banana milk shake

They are usually super busy so you either need to wait to be seated or you can just seat yourself and flag down a waiter/waitress.
The double cheeseburger is amazing. It's seasoned really well and the rest of the burger taste fresh. Their burgers are not wide but are stacked tall so they're a little tricky to eat. They also come with a side bowl which they draw a smiley face on which is fun for the kids.
This place is very kids friendly.

Burger, Fries and milkshake. Simple no frills food but delicious. Whenever I am in San Jose I visit so about 10 times in 15 years and have never been disappointed. Staff are friendly and helpful although they do struggle a bit with my Scottish accent with amusing results.

My daughters (3 and 5) both got a kids hotdog meal, but to be honest they could have shared one and been perfectly fine. I got the Philly cheese steak, which was surprisingly good. We all shared a kids shake which was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Couldn't ask for mush more.

The food was good, the shakes were great l, and the costumer service was awesome! The place looks really cool, definitely retro. Really good for family outings, I think.

I always loved coming here as a kid - the menu's changed a bit (no more egg salad :( ), but the charm still remains. Definitely good for a change of pace.
