The dining and drive through experience, including the food, service, and ambiance, at McDonald's, Bernal Rd, San Jose, CA, is quite commendable. However, it is genuinely saddening to notice several individuals around the McDonald's area who seem fatigued, undernourished, and lacking support. Many of them appear to require assistance from city/county/state-operated agencies for their well-being, suitable rehabilitation, job training, and placement. It would be great if a suitable agency could intervene to assist these needy individuals.
Nicely remodeled, good service but I had to take a star of the food just because it's so unhealthy. Gave me food coma and I didn't overeat. But it was tasty. I hadn't gone to McDonald's in years
This is my favorite McDonald's. It's always fast and hot and they have a great crew, especially in the afternoon and night. They are delightful and courteous. Normally fast food places are lacking the customer service, not these guys.... I'm never disappointed!! Thank you
Quick, cheap and easy...customized my double quarter pounder to a quad pounder. Friendly staff. Stop complaining about fast food its not a restaurant... thats why its called fast food. Stop eating out and complaining cook food at home if you dont like it lol.

The artisan sandwiches are fantastic and way about what most people would expect from a McBurger. Try it and see what you think. If you have realistic expectations for fast food, you will not be disappointed.
This location does an amazing job on its burgers. This location does its best to serve you a well positioned burger than is not sloppy like other rushed locations. I waited patiently to order a burger from them today. Workers are super busy and do their best to get orders out as best and fast as they can. You can taste the freshness and quality at this location compared to the other Bay Area locations. Great job team.
Food was fresh and hot. Best chicken nuggets ever and I typically don't like McDonald's chicken nuggets but these were fresh and hot when ordered at 7pm. Nice curbside delivery through the app.

Obviously maybe not the healthiest choice but always clean and delicious. The coffee drinks are a little sweet for me. The fries are classic and I can never get enough. This location has a great staff and they keep the place in good shape.
