Starbucks

Finally noticed the Starbucks on the corner, signage is not blatant nor outside tables with green umbrellas, had some time so dropped by and got a drink. There is no drive-thru. At 8:12 am on a Monday there was no line, I waited a few minutes for my ice mocha and went on my way. The cashier was the same person making my coffee but there were a couple of other workers around. A second cup of coffee (for me) made it a good day.

As a former barista, Thao Lee isn’t a very before good barista, clearly she has no clue on how to remind fellow baristas of putting her partner numbers before making a purchase. Instead she insistedEva to on and ask for a refund and then repurchase the items again. Please fully train this barista on how partner mark outs work and to warn ahead of time about putting in the discounts because clearly this barista doesn’t seem to know how it works. If this former barista doesn’t know how mark outs work she shouldn’t even be working there because all she would try to do is get other baristas to try to get them fired!!!!!!

This Starbucks has nice and friendly baristas. If you have an issue, let them know. They will make the moment right and try to make your experience better. I want to let everyone know on here, Starbucks is not in charge of the hours here. I would actually get the app because their hours are always accurate on there and they do not handle the hours on Google or Yelp.
