Desiree is my favorite at hight 5 pizza. Claudia, Heather are second favorite at high 5 pizza. Lesie is 3rd favorite at high 5 pizza. Milo is my least favorite.
I've been an on and off customer of High Five Pizza since the early 2000's. They have always been serving consistently good food in a friendly and cozy sports themed restaurant! The staff, food and drink will keep you coming back!
I started coming to High Five over 20 years ago, and it was our favorite for many years. I stopped coming about 6 years ago when I started having to eat gluten-free. I recently checked their menu, and they now offer gluten-free pizza! Bossman’s around the corner used to be my favorite gluten- free pizza, but High Five is my top choice now. Highly recommend!
I love their pizza and the vibes are great. We take the kids here and it makes for a fun family lunch or dinner and not too expensive. Pizza is similar to Round Table but much better. I wish they had one of these closer to where I live in the East Bay, but for now it’s a great road trip destination when we visit family in San Jose.

The person taking our order was so helpful in answering our questions and explaining the process for picking up and also getting our drinks from the bar. The girl at the bar was nice . The crowd is family oriented. The menu is extensive with many choices. Okay now the quality and portion sizes are plentiful as well as great flavor and prices are excellent. We will definitely make High Five our new spot though it is a jaunt from Milpitas but it's well worth the distance. We highly recommend and give High Five a Ten!!!
We went there around 7 pm Friday night and the place was packed with people. We ordered a deep dish medium half High Five and half All American. The pizza is great and the medium size looks like large from other places !
The routine for ordering to eat in is not a good design for the customer, especially for the price. The experience would be improved greatly if they offered table service. They have a very friendly bar scene with an older clientele in the late afternoon.
I would normally have given this place a score two and a half stars, if I could. However the customers here were lively and very happy, so they must be doing something right. Spending half my time in New Jersey, I've come to expect really good pizza as an everyday, most anyplace thing. For most towns in California, including here, the pizza is OK.
The best customer service I’ve experienced in the area. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly. The pizza was so delicious. I loved the jalapeño poppers. I will be returning.

Definitely a High five:
A friend of mine told me about this place so I figured I’d give er a try.
As I walked up I noted that they have outside table seating in a shaded patio like setting and a tv to watch sports. As I walked inside I noted so many TVs I honestly couldn’t count them all. I counted up to 15 but was not sure that was the actual tally.
They have a bar on the right with bar stools, order area is off to the right next to the kitchen. They also have a salad bar (center back are)
They have sports memorabilia hanging all over the place with lots of cool jerseys, pinball in the back next to the rest rooms and the rest rooms have speakers in them so you can listen to games. The table I sat at had bench seating “seat was torn” really should be reupholstered as a place is very nice inside.
The service, while not outstanding was still good B+
Now for the best part, the food:
My friend ordered a Tri tip sandwich with fries and a side of mozzarella sticks. He was gracious enough to let me try everything.
Mozzarella sticks: cooked to perfection, flavor and consistency was on par with what you’d expect from the mozzarella stick. 3.5 stars
Tri tip: the bread is soft, the meat is tender and had good flavor. That Au Jus sauce cut the dryness of the sandwich. Overall flavor was good but on the dry side. 3.5 stars
French fries: these really surprise me they were cooked to perfection light and airy and crispy and the flavor was amazing, probably the best price I’ve ever had 5 stars plus plus plus.
Now for da Pizza: I ordered an xtra large All American and substituted the red sauce for the white sauce and added pineapple $39. The pie has a extremely delicious thin crust. Normally I don’t eat the pizza bones but on this pie I didn’t even notice that it had em the crust was that good, with melted cheese and toppings going right to the edge. The pineapple, linguiça, salami, olives, peppers, onions and everything on this pizza was top-quality, right up there with the best I’ve ever had, actually I think this might be the best I’ve ever had, dare I say it taste better than it looks? let me tell you folks this pizza looks amazing and it does taste better than it looks 5 stars +++
Overall High Five is a great place with some darn good food. I stopped short of 5 stars overall because of the torn bench seat and the Tri tip was slightly dry. That being said I Definitely recommend High Five and I most definitely will be back
Pizza topping are good , but dough is just not that great , they need to change their recipe on dough , ingredients should be salt suger olive oil yeat water and let it rise over night and use unbleached flour , would make big diffrence in taste.
The pizza is probably the best I have had in the bay area. I haven't had such an amazing crust anywhere else here: crispy bottom, a bit flaky, with the toppings well-spaced around the edge. Generous and high quality toppings. I also really like their sandwiches. I ordered the "Slam Dunk": just the right amount of juicy tri-tip and melted mozzarella on toasted french bread, with au jus. The servers were helpful and friendly, and the eating area was kept clean. A great place to come to watch the game, too.
