California classic. There's a reason In N Out burger is a world famous California staple. Immaculate burgers and fresh natural french fries... Don't forget that delicious milkshake! Reasonably priced. Great quality. Depending on the time and day you go the service will vary but for the most part the employees are kind and very fast. If you haven't tried In N Out do yourself a favor and come experience the California classic!
The meal was delicious and definitely up to In-N-Out standard. The staff was friendly. The place was relatively clean.
My biggest complaint was the long wait times. For a fast food restaurant, you would expect to wait around 10 minutes. This was not even peak hours.
The sliced banana pepper was great, but the lid had been opened for God knows how long. One of the ketchup pumps was also busted. They needed to check the condiment island more frequently to make sure everything is clean.
9/2023: Always a clutch stop when visiting this coast. Food was fast, place was clean (which is pretty noteworthy), and employees were super friendly and helpful. Can be hard to find a seat around lunch or dinner rush but worth it. Highly recommend.
This is one of the busier In-N-Outs in the area but right next to my job so there’s days where (just like every other person in San Jose 🤣) U can’t resist stopping by for a guaranteed hot meal! And the worker’s deff be bustin there a*s so I salute y’all! Need to get some sort of order ahead started. I know they wanna keep it old school and make sure your foods hot but there’s days I don’t stop by because of the line.. Jus sayin I’m sure im not the only one.. but keep pushing out them fire burgers💯🙏🏽

Generically, corporate are idiots and won't make their food (which 100% of the customers agree) accessible to uber eats/doordash/grubhub. Thinking about profits and sit down restraunts during a plague and justifying it with "family values" is nice and dandy... until your whole staff gets covid and the few workers who don't get it. Inevitably, and generically. Get too stressed and offer lackluster service. Do better corporate. For once. Great job team! You guys are doing great! Keep up the hard work!
Lived up to the hype of a memorable In-N-Out Burger. I started with a Hamburger with not a lot of expectations only to come back in 4 hrs to order a double-double+fries+shake. My new standard in burgers for anything to match up to... Coming back soon on my next trip wherever they operate.
As a Southern California girl here is my order: Double double, no tomatoes (that's why it leaks y'all) GRILLED ONIONS(sweet w/ out the bite of the raw) add pickles for the crunch and always ask for the chilis and extra spread. The extra spread can be used on the fries and chilis too and you have a version of animal fried. Finally I always ask for no salt really doesn't need it and they always add those packets but in reality the fries are already slightly salted. Be careful not to over do it.
